Pour les montres de luxe en particulier la part des ventes en ligne est quasi inexistante. Diff\u00e9rentes raisons expliquent cette r\u00e9ticence des marques de luxe face au e-commerce. Bon nombre d\u2019entre elles estiment que les consommateurs n\u2019ach\u00e8tent pas des produits haut de gamme sans les avoir touch\u00e9 et vu de pr\u00e8s. De plus le secteur du luxe craint la contrefa\u00e7on et n\u2019appr\u00e9cie gu\u00e8re que des e-commer\u00e7ants rach\u00e8tent des stocks exc\u00e9dentaires aupr\u00e8s de dealers officiels pour ensuite les vendre \u00e0 prix r\u00e9duits, car cela nuit \u00e0 l\u2019image de la marque.<\/p>\n<p>\nD\u2019autre part rares sont\u00a0 les fabricants de montres qui vendent en direct au consommateur, d\u2019o\u00f9 le faible int\u00e9r\u00eat pour l\u2019e-commerce. En 2013 la marque britannique Bremont a \u00e9t\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re grande marque de montres \u00e0 se lancer dans la vente online via Net-a-Porter apr\u00e8s de longues discussions internes. \u00ab Il vient un moment o\u00f9 il faut donner au client ce qu\u2019il souhaite et s\u2019il veut acheter online chez vous, il faut lui donner cette possibilit\u00e9. Je pense que tout doucement bon nombre de marques suivront cette voie \u00bb, explique le co-fondateur Giles English \u00e0 Business of Fashion.<\/p>\n<p>\nLa marque de renomm\u00e9e mondiale Rolex, par exemple, refuse encore de vendre en ligne, alors que Richemont par contre est une force motrice importante dans l\u2019e-commerce de bijoux et de montres de luxe. Richemont est non seulement propri\u00e9taire de plusieurs marques connues, mais \u00e9galement le principal investisseur du webshop <strong>Yoox Net-a-Porter<\/strong>, qui d\u2019ici 2020 vise un chiffre d\u2019affaires de 100 millions d\u2019euros dans le segment des bijoux et montres de luxe.<\/p>\n<h2>\n20% d\u2019ici 2025<\/h2>\n<p>Les fabricants de bijoux se sont lanc\u00e9s dans l\u2019e-commerce plus rapidement que les marques de montres : Cartier vend online depuis 2010 et Tiffany a commenc\u00e9 dix ans plus t\u00f4t en 2000, bien que\u00a0 ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es la part de ses ventes online stagne autour de 6%. \u00ab Nous constatons que nos clients sont de plus en plus nombreux \u00e0 commencer leur parcours d\u2019achat online, mais finalement ils se rendent quand m\u00eame au magasin pour l\u2019exp\u00e9rience du luxe et l\u2019assistance de nos vendeurs \u00bb, affirme le vice-pr\u00e9sident Philippe Galti\u00e9. Afin de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette tendance, certaines marques affichent leurs prix en ligne et mentionnent les magasins o\u00f9 les produits sont disponibles.<\/p>\n<p>\nToutefois il y a de fortes chances que certaines grandes marques haute de gamme ne vendent jamais en ligne.
