Dans le domaine de l\u2019e-commerce par contre c\u2019est le back office qui\u00a0 prime. Pour les \u2018pure players\u2019 online,\u00a0 la logistique, la base de donn\u00e9es des produits et les envois sont des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u00e9terminants et non pas l\u2019am\u00e9nagement du magasin.<\/p>\n<p>Le back office constitue d\u00e8s lors la plus grande priorit\u00e9 du retailer dans la mise au point d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie cross-channel. Il est tout \u00e0 fait logique que jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent les retailers physiques se soient focalis\u00e9s sur d\u2019autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments, mais pour r\u00e9ussir \u2018en ligne\u2019, il faut s\u2019approprier la dimension online. Cela implique souvent pour eux un s\u00e9rieux virage, indique Vincent Nolf, qui parle d\u2019exp\u00e9rience ayant travaill\u00e9 chez Makro et Carrefour.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Il est vrai que les formats \u2018big box\u2019 \u00e9prouvent souvent certaines difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 passer online. Ils ont construit leur r\u00e9ussite en tant que retailer physique, tout\u00a0 est donc ax\u00e9 sur l\u2019offline. S\u2019ils avaient op\u00e9r\u00e9 un tournant \u00e0 180 degr\u00e9s et avaient red\u00e9marr\u00e9 \u00e0 z\u00e9ro en tant que pure player, les choses auraient probablement \u00e9t\u00e9 plus faciles. Le pas vers un syst\u00e8me interm\u00e9diaire, de l\u2019offline vers le cross-channel, est bien plus complexe \u00bb, explique Nolf.<\/p>\n<h2>\n<br \/>Allier le meilleur des deux mondes<\/h2>\n<p>Le retailer qui opte pour le cross-channel, doit pouvoir offrir le meilleur des deux mondes. La base de donn\u00e9es des produits en est un exemple concret et important. L\u2019information produit est souvent\u00a0 sommaire au niveau offline : une indication pour la gestion du stock suffit, car le client peut \u00e9valuer le produit sur place par lui-m\u00eame. Online par contre cette information est essentielle, car le client doit pouvoir se faire une id\u00e9e du produit (uniquement) sur base de l\u2019information fournie.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019un des seuls grands distributeurs alimentaires ayant su \u00e9viter les pi\u00e8ges, selon l\u2019expert en retail, serait le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre soft discounter de Hal, car il a toujours g\u00e9r\u00e9 ses activit\u00e9s offline partant de la cha\u00eene d\u2019approvisionnement. C\u2019est probablement pour cette raison que le discounter a \u00e9t\u00e9 un des premiers \u00e0 int\u00e9grer avec succ\u00e8s le canal internet dans son mod\u00e8le d\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<h2>\n<br \/>Trois cl\u00e9s \u00e0 trouver<\/h2>\n<p>Lors du bpost Crosschannel Day du 22 novembre \u2013 avant l\u2019ouverture du retaildetail Night 2012 \u2013 le professeur Carbonaro, Pixmania, Makro et Chris Jones (qui a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 mettre au point la strat\u00e9gie online de Tesco) nous exposeront quels sont, outre la logistique, les autres facteurs importants \u00e0 prendre en compte.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Chez bpost nous consid\u00e9rons les choses dans une perspective \u00e0 360 degr\u00e9s. Les entreprises doivent\u00a0 d\u00e9terminer pour elles-m\u00eames trois \u00e9l\u00e9ments-cl\u00e9s : d\u00e9finir le groupe-cible, trouver le bon moyen de communication et enfin chercher le mode de livraison ad\u00e9quat \u00bb, souligne Vincent Nolf.<\/p>\n<p>Au niveau de la communication aussi, tout est question de trouver le juste \u00e9quilibre dans un univers m\u00e9diatique en changement permanent. Malgr\u00e9 la mont\u00e9e en force des m\u00e9dias sociaux, les retailers sont de plus en plus nombreux \u00e0 revenir au publipostage, tels que les catalogues papier et les d\u00e9pliants. Actuellement m\u00eame les e-tailers purs et durs comme Zalando ne jurent que par les folders classiques, observe Vincent Nolf.<\/p>\n<h2>\n<br \/>\u00ab L\u2019impact des m\u00e9dias sociaux n\u2019est pas prouv\u00e9 \u00bb<\/h2>\n<p>\u00ab Il est important d\u2019avoir des fans et des suiveurs sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux, mais il est encore plus important d\u2019attirer des clients. Les m\u00e9dias sociaux sont l\u2019instrument id\u00e9al pour construire son image et compl\u00e8tent les m\u00e9dias classiques, mais le lien avec la vente y est encore tr\u00e8s vague. Comme je le d\u00e9montrerai au Crosschannel Day, le publipostage par contre \u00e0 une influence forte et directe sur la vente. Cela reste la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour les clients. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Pour terminer, le confort d\u2019achat et le service de la livraison sont \u00e9galement des atouts importants comme argument de vente et constituent donc une partie importante du service logistique. Les retailers ont donc tout int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 suivre les derni\u00e8res tendances dans ce domaine.<\/p>\n<p>Actuellement bpost constate une demande croissantes de livraisons sur rendez-vous : les clients achetant de plus en plus en ligne, ils souhaitent grouper leurs livraisons.
