L\u2019enseigne de mode y teste\u00a0 des\u00a0capteurs de mouvement, des messages personnalis\u00e9s in-store, un printshop pop-up et un totem \u00e0 feedback.<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<h2>Les besoins du client comme point de d\u00e9part<\/h2>\n<p>Le monde est en mutation permanente et il en va de m\u00eame pour le comportement d\u2019achat des consommateurs. C\u2019est pourquoi JBC, en cocr\u00e9ation avec des clients, des start-ups, des entreprises et des centres d\u2019\u00e9tudes, recherche des innovations permettant de rendre l\u2019exp\u00e9rience en magasin encore plus agr\u00e9able et personnel pour les clients. Pour ce faire le retailer part toujours des besoins de ses clients : \u00ab La technologie facilite les choses, mais ne peut en aucun cas \u00eatre un point de d\u00e9part, ni un obstacle \u00bb, explique l\u2019expert en innovation Dennis Gomm\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\nToutes les innovations sont test\u00e9es, \u00e9valu\u00e9es et corrig\u00e9es dans l\u2019Innovation Lab durant deux \u00e0 quatre mois. Ensuite sur base de trois crit\u00e8res l\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u00e9cide si une innovation sera d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e ou non dans les magasins belges de JBC. Tout d\u2019abord la solution doit r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 un besoin du client et donc \u00eatre suffisamment pertinente pour le client JBC de demain. En outre le labo examine minutieusement la faisabilit\u00e9 et la rentabilit\u00e9 de chaque innovation.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00ab Nous mettons la barre tr\u00e8s haut. Le but est que ces innovations offrent une r\u00e9elle plus-value pour nos clients afin que nous puissions les assister au mieux durant leur shopping. Il est donc possible que certains prototypes que nous testons actuellement ne soient jamais appliqu\u00e9s dans les magasins \u00bb, ajoute Gomm\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>\nPersonnalisation<\/h2>\n<p>A l\u2019heure actuelle JBC teste des capteurs de mouvement, en vue d\u2019adapter l\u2019am\u00e9nagement du magasin en fonction du comportement d\u2019achat des clients. En collaboration avec Nurama et le d\u00e9partement Research Retail Innovation de la PXL Hogeschool, le retailer pr\u00e9pare \u00e9galement un projet pilote permettant d\u2019adapter des messages in-store en fonction du client : par exemple, si vous \u00eates un homme, l\u2019\u00e9cran affichera des tenues pour hommes.<\/p>\n<p>\nAvec la start-up gantoise Fl\u00e2neur, JBC travaille \u00e0 la personnalisation in-store de v\u00eatements \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une imprimerie pop-up : le client peut y cr\u00e9er un v\u00eatement personnalis\u00e9 et le faire imprimer sur place. Et enfin, le retailer teste des solutions en vue de recueillir le feedback de ses clients, afin qu\u2019il puisse rapidement adapter ses innovations si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Le labo optimalise \u00e9galement des solutions existantes tels que la cabine d\u2019essayage intelligente et le kiosque JBC. La cabine intelligente dispose d\u2019un \u00e9cran interactif qui inspire aux clients des tenues sur base de leur profil et\u00a0 leur permet de se faire apporter un v\u00eatement dans une autre couleur ou taille.
