Bien que le CA sur son march\u00e9 domestique allemand stagne, l\u2019objectif est d\u2019augmenter le CA moyen par client et de miser davantage sur les marques premium.<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<h2>Objectif pour 2018 : augmenter le CA<\/h2>\n<p>Les plateformes en ligne telles qu\u2019Amazon et Zalando bouleversent le secteur de la mode \u00e0 tel point qu\u2019il est de plus en plus en difficile de r\u00e9pondre aux attentes, explique John Cloppenburg, co-manager de l\u2019enseigne P&amp;C D\u00fcsseldorf et fils du CEO\u00a0 Harro Uwe Cloppenburg, dans le journal allemand Handelsblatt. Deux fois par mois Cloppenburg est lui-m\u00eame pr\u00e9sent dans le magasin de D\u00fcsseldorf afin de d\u00e9terminer ce que recherchent et attendent pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment les clients de P&amp;C. Il est non seulement responsable des achats et des marques premium, mais \u00e9galement le visage de l\u2019entreprise familiale.<\/p>\n<p>\nEn Allemagne l\u2019enseigne stagne, admet Cloppenburg, tout en \u00e9tant convaincu qu\u2019en 2018 le chiffre d\u2019affaires augmentera. Depuis 1911 le groupe de mode allemand comprend deux entit\u00e9s : Peek &amp; Cloppenburg D\u00fcsseldorf et Peek &amp; Cloppenburg Hambourg. Les points de vente \u00e9trangers, dont ceux des Pays-Bas et de Belgique, font partie de Peek &amp; Cloppenburg D\u00fcsseldorf. Le chiffre d\u2019affaires annuel de P&amp;C D\u00fcsseldorf en Allemagne s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 1,5 milliard d\u2019euros, auxquels s\u2019ajoutent 650 millions d\u2019euros r\u00e9alis\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger.<\/p>\n<h2>\nCorners destin\u00e9s aux designers et shop-in-shops pour la marque maison<\/h2>\n<p>\u00ab Il importe d\u2019augmenter le chiffre d\u2019affaires moyen par client \u00bb, explique Cloppenburg. Pour ce faire il compte vendre davantage de marques premium : ainsi il est en discussion avec Furla en Kate Spade afin d\u2019\u00e9largir l\u2019assortiment de sacs \u00e0 main. Au rayon hommes l\u2019enseigne a ajout\u00e9 une nouveau corner r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aux designers, avec des marques telles que Marni et des chemises faites \u00e0 la main de Naples. En outre l\u2019offre de chaussures sera probablement \u00e9largie.<\/p>\n<p>\nLes marques maison repr\u00e9sentent pourtant un tiers du chiffre d\u2019affaires de P&amp;C. Selon Cloppenburg, celles-ci rec\u00e8lent encore un potentiel de croissance : \u00ab Dans chacun de nos magasins nous installons des shop-in-shops de notre marque maison Jake\u2019s, tr\u00e8s d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\nC\u00f4t\u00e9 online aussi Cloppenburg souhaite am\u00e9liorer l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client : \u00ab Au d\u00e9part nous avons sous-estim\u00e9 le potentiel d\u2019internet \u00bb, indique-t-il, mais entretemps les ventes en ligne repr\u00e9sentent d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e8s de 8% du chiffre d\u2019affaires total en Allemagne.
