Les syndicats craignent un licenciement collectif via la Loi Renault.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<h2>Licenciement collectif et pr\u00e9pension ?<\/h2>\n<p>Les syndicats ont \u00e9t\u00e9 convoqu\u00e9s au si\u00e8ge principal de Mestdagh pour un conseil d\u2019entreprise extraordinaire, qui se tiendra lundi prochain. La direction souhaite\u00a0 discuter des difficult\u00e9s du retailer et des \u00e9ventuelles cons\u00e9quences sur l\u2019emploi, indique le groupe dans sa convocation, sans pr\u00e9ciser ses intentions. Les syndicats craignent toutefois des licenciements, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rtbf.be\/info\/belgique\/detail_metdagh-des-travailleurs-inquiets-craignent-la-mise-en-place-d-une-procedure-renault?id=9908354\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">voire m\u00eame un licenciement collectif dans le cadre de La loi Renault<\/a>. Selon la rumeur, il serait question pour bon nombre d\u2019employ\u00e9s d\u2019une mise \u00e0 la pr\u00e9pension.<\/p>\n<p>\nL\u2019annonce n\u2019a\u00a0 pas vraiment de quoi surprendre : <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lalibre.be\/economie\/libre-entreprise\/mestdagh-va-reorganiser-ses-magasins-l-emploi-va-t-il-etre-impacte-5aead569cd7028f079c0ed7c\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">le conseil d\u2019entreprise de lundi \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 fix\u00e9 depuis longtemps<\/a>, mais aurait d\u00fb \u00eatre suivi d\u2019une r\u00e9union de concertation avec les syndicats, explique Danny Dubois du syndicat CNE \u00e0 la Libre. Celui-ci a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9e par un conseil d\u2019entreprise extraordinaire.<\/p>\n<h2>\nTrois ans de concertation d\u00e9j\u00e0\u00a0<\/h2>\n<p>\u00ab Nous avons des n\u00e9gociations r\u00e9guli\u00e8res chez Mestdagh depuis deux \u00e0 trois ans concernant une r\u00e9organisation du travail, afin d\u2019assurer l\u2019avenir du groupe, mais sans toucher au personnel \u00bb, pr\u00e9cise Dubois. Les ouvertures dominicales seraient l\u2019une des pistes sur table.<\/p>\n<p>\nGroupe Mestdagh exploite 83 supermarch\u00e9s Carrefour (dont 30 en franchise), qui emploient 2700 personnes et r\u00e9alisent un chiffre d\u2019affaires d\u2019environ 700 millions d\u2019euros. Depuis longtemps d\u00e9j\u00e0 le groupe a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/food\/le-groupe-de-supermarch%C3%A9s-mestdagh-r%C3%A9duit-ses-pertes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">des probl\u00e8mes de rentabilit\u00e9<\/a>.
