C\u2019est ce que r\u00e9v\u00e8le une \u00e9tude de Marshoek, sp\u00e9cialiste financier dans le domaine du retail.<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<h2>Croissance du e-commerce<\/h2>\n<p>Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es l\u2019e-commerce s\u2019est fortement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 dans le secteur des supermarch\u00e9s aux Pays-Bas : alors qu\u2019en 2014 la part online \u00e9tait encore inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 1%, en 2017 celle-ci \u00e9tait sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 3%. L\u2019online repr\u00e9sente d\u00e9sormais un chiffre d\u2019affaires d\u2019un milliard d\u2019euros. Toutefois il ne s\u2019agit pas l\u00e0 d\u2019un chiffre d\u2019affaires rentable : sur base de donn\u00e9es de 265 supermarch\u00e9s franchis\u00e9s, Marshoek a calcul\u00e9 que les supermarch\u00e9s disposant d\u2019un webshop perdaient en moyenne 0,1% de rendement, soit 7.000 euros. Ceci s\u2019explique par le fait que le rendement du e-commerce est nettement inf\u00e9rieur au rendement des activit\u00e9s en magasin.<\/p>\n<p>\nPour l\u2019\u00e9volution du chiffre d\u2019affaires l\u2019e-commerce semble donc favorable, mais pour le rendement il ne l\u2019est certainement pas, estime Marshoek. Cela ne signifie pas pour autant que les entrepreneurs doivent renoncer au e-commerce : il s\u2019agit en effet d\u2019un des canaux que les clients utilisent d\u2019office pour faire leurs courses. En outre l\u2019on s\u2019attend \u00e0 ce que la croissance du chiffre d\u2019affaires en ligne apporte une am\u00e9lioration au business model autonome. Bien qu\u2019en Belgique le chiffre d\u2019affaires online dans le segment food soit inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui des Pays-Bas, les conclusions de l\u2019\u00e9tude concernant la rentabilit\u00e9 peuvent tr\u00e8s certainement aussi s\u2019appliquer \u00e0 notre pays.<\/p>\n<h2>\nGaspillage alimentaire<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude r\u00e9v\u00e8le \u00e9galement que les supermarch\u00e9s franchis\u00e9s n\u00e9erlandais perdent en moyenne 125.000 euros de rendement par an suite au gaspillage dans diff\u00e9rents domaines, notamment dans le segment food, o\u00f9 les supermarch\u00e9s\u00a0gaspillent en moyenne 1,5% de leur chiffre d\u2019affaires. Cela para\u00eet minime, mais sur un chiffre d\u2019affaires hebdomadaire de 158.738 euros, cela repr\u00e9sente un gaspillage de plus de 126.000 euros par magasin par an.
