Son objectif est d&rsquo;\u00e9tablir des ponts avec l&rsquo;horeca et le foodservice.<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<h2>Davantage de foodservice<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lsa-conso.fr\/alexandre-de-palmas-nouveau-patron-de-la-proximite-de-carrefour,294311\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alexandre de Palmas, \u00e2g\u00e9 de 44 ans, a succ\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 Christophe Rabatel <\/a>le 20 ao\u00fbt, en tant que patron des concepts de proximit\u00e9 de Carrefour France. Rabatel pour sa part dirige d\u00e9sormais les activit\u00e9s de Carrefour en Pologne.<\/p>\n<p>\nAvant de rejoindre Carrefour Alexandre de Palmas travaillait pour l&rsquo;entreprise de foodservice <strong>Elior <\/strong>(connue pour ses restaurants le long des autoroutes fran\u00e7aises, mais \u00e9galement leader du march\u00e9 de la restauration scolaire et exploitant de caf\u00e9tarias de mus\u00e9es). Auparavant il a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 actif chez Casino, en tant que responsable du d\u00e9veloppement de l&rsquo;enseigne.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Son objectif est de combiner son exp\u00e9rience dans le retail et l&rsquo;horeca, en misant davantage sur la restauration &#8211; tant des repas \u00e0 emporter que la consommation sur place &#8211; dans les magasins de proximit\u00e9 de Carrefour. D\u00e8s son arriv\u00e9e le PDG Alexandre Bompard avait pourtant critiqu\u00e9 le concept de snacking Carrefour <strong>bon&rsquo;App<\/strong>. Reste \u00e0 voir si le nouveau partron de la proximit\u00e9 parviendra \u00e0 allier les deux avec succ\u00e8s.
