Cette acquisition permettra aux fabricants de confiseries de mettre encore davantage \u00a0la pression sur <strong>Haribo<\/strong>, le leader du march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0<br \/>\nNum\u00e9ros deux et trois en France<\/h2>\n<p>CPK, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 m\u00e8re derri\u00e8re les caramels Carambar et une dizaine d\u2019autres marques de bonbons et de chocolats, est <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rtbf.be\/info\/economie\/detail_confiserie-le-n-2-francais-carambar-negocie-un-rapprochement-avec-le-n-3-lutti?id=10005918\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">en pourparlers exclusives d\u2019acquisition <\/a>avec Katjes International, le holding allemand qui chapeaute Lutti. L\u2019accord devrait \u00eatre conclu \u00e0 la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, bien que les entreprises devront pr\u00e9alablement organiser des s\u00e9ances d\u2019information et de consultation avec les syndicats.<\/p>\n<p>\nLes autorit\u00e9s de la concurrence doivent encore examiner le dossier, car la nouvelle entreprise combin\u00e9e occupera une position de force, particuli\u00e8rement en France. CPK se positionne \u00e0 la seconde place derri\u00e8re le leader du march\u00e9 Haribo, et Lutti compl\u00e8te le podium \u00e0 la troisi\u00e8me place. \u201cLe nouveau duo deviendrait l\u2019un des leaders fran\u00e7ais de la confiserie actif dans tous les segments du march\u00e9\u201d, conc\u00e8de CPK.
