Entrons d\u2019embl\u00e9e dans le vif du sujet : quelle est votre vision sur l\u2019e-commerce ?<\/h3>\n<p>W.T.: \u00ab Mon point de vue sur l\u2019e-tail est clair : au lieu de consid\u00e9rer le commerce \u00e9lectronique comme une menace \u2013 comme le font de nombreux retailers \u2013 je le vois plut\u00f4t comme une opportunit\u00e9. Il s\u2019agit avant tout de combiner le meilleur des deux mondes, ce qui cr\u00e9e des synergies consid\u00e9rables : gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la collaboration entre le magasin physique et le webshop, l\u2019offre au client s\u2019en trouve renforc\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Le cross-channel constitue un atout face aux \u2018pure players\u2019 online : cette strat\u00e9gie permet une plus grande flexibilit\u00e9, un service plus efficace et une meilleure exp\u00e9rience d\u2019achat. Ainsi le client peut par exemple plus facilement \u00e9changer des articles ou il peut venir chercher en vitesse au magasin une paire de chaussures dont il a besoin le lendemain pour une f\u00eate. Le cross-channel offre des possibilit\u00e9s beaucoup plus larges. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h3>\n<br \/>Autre th\u00e8me d\u2019actualit\u00e9 : la mont\u00e9e en fl\u00e8che des appareils mobiles avec connexion internet. Participez-vous \u00e0 cette tendance ?<\/h3>\n<p>W.T.: \u00ab Absolument, nous travaillons \u00e0 une approche mobile, m\u00eame si celle-ci n\u2019en est qu\u2019au stade embryonnaire. Nous avons quatre magasins (notamment \u00e0 Jabbeke et Balen) o\u00f9 nous avons install\u00e9 plusieurs iPads dans un meuble pr\u00e9vu sp\u00e9cialement \u00e0 cet effet, mais nous avons constat\u00e9 que ce dispositif \u00e9tait trop petit et trop limit\u00e9. Ces petits \u00e9crans passent inaper\u00e7us et n\u2019attirent pas l\u2019attention des clients dans un magasin de 1 .000 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e9anmoins nous restons ouverts \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution mobile et nous cherchons une mani\u00e8re ad\u00e9quate d\u2019int\u00e9grer ce canal dans l\u2019exp\u00e9rience d\u2019achat. Pour l\u2019instant nous ne voyons pas encore les clients utiliser leur appareil mobile en magasin, mais \u00e0 l\u2019allure o\u00f9 tout cela \u00e9volue aux Etats-Unis et en Asie par exemple, il ne fait aucun doute que cette tendance se d\u00e9veloppera \u00e9galement chez nous. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h3>\n<br \/>Le 25 avril nous aborderons \u00e9galement la question de l\u2019avenir des imprim\u00e9s en tant que m\u00e9dia de marketing.<\/h3>\n<p>W.T.: \u00ab Pour ce qui est des annonces publicitaires et des communications, nous avons recours \u00e0 un large \u00e9ventail de m\u00e9dias, ce qui nous permet d\u2019avoir une port\u00e9e maximale. Nous constatons que pour l\u2019instant il n\u2019est pas encore question de choisir entre l\u2019un ou l\u2019autre, mais il s\u2019agit plut\u00f4t de les combiner.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque saison nous publions notre magazine CHOEZ qui s\u2019adresse au consommateur et est tir\u00e9 \u00e0 50.000 exemplaires. Les clients le prennent souvent lors d\u2019une visite au magasin, ils aiment le lire et le feuilleter. Nous avons \u00e9galement publi\u00e9 une version digitale, pour que les clients puissent le consulter en ligne. Mais en effet, on constate que la communication imprim\u00e9e perd du terrain. Il ne faut pas se voiler la face. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h3>\n<br \/>Lors du pr\u00e9-congr\u00e8s \u00ab The new consumer \u00bb , il sera \u00e9galement question de \u2018la nouvelle avarice\u2019 du consommateur. Le consommateur d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui est-il r\u00e9ellement autant soucieux des prix ?<\/h3>\n<p>W.T.: \u00ab Nous remarquons qu\u2019en ligne les consommateurs sont tr\u00e8s sensibles aux promotions. D\u00e8s que nous lan\u00e7ons une action provisoire sur notre webshop, nous constatons un impact important sur le taux de conversion. Les clients online recherchent davantage les \u2018deals\u2019 que les clients offline, probablement parce que les promotions en magasin sont moins courantes.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois nous tenons absolument \u00e0 ce que ces actions online restent s\u00e9par\u00e9es de nos magasins physiques. C\u2019est pourquoi nous ne proposons jamais d\u2019action en ligne lorsque les magasins sont ouverts et nous ne descendons jamais en-dessous de -10%. Il s\u2019agit plut\u00f4t de \u2018guerrilla marketing\u2019, car ces actions sont souvent inattendues et de courte dur\u00e9e. A titre d\u2019exemple, nous pourrions envoyer une lettre d\u2019information \u00e0 nos clients, annon\u00e7ant que ce soir-l\u00e0 une promotion sp\u00e9ciale aura lieu sur le webshop durant un certain nombre d\u2019heures. Nous constatons en effet que le consommateur et de plus en plus sensible \u00e0 ce genre de choses.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e9anmoins nous restons prudents, car nous sommes convaincus que nos magasins physiques constituent notre c\u0153ur de m\u00e9tier.
