A noter qu\u2019\u00e0 peine 18% des m\u00e9nages sont responsables de 78% des d\u00e9penses en produits bio.<\/p>\n<p>Les adeptes du bio <strong>s\u2019approvisionnent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement dans les supermarch\u00e9s classiques<\/strong>, qui repr\u00e9sentent pr\u00e8s de 45% du march\u00e9. N\u00e9anmoins les commerces sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s semblent leur grignoter une part de march\u00e9 de plus en plus importante.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Forte croissance en Flandre<\/h2>\n<p>Durant la p\u00e9riode\u00a0 2008-2012 le nombre d\u2019entreprises flamandes actives dans le secteur bio a augment\u00e9 de 30%. Fin 2012 le nombre total d\u2019entreprises d\u2019agriculture biologique s\u2019\u00e9levait \u00e0 299, couvrant une surface totale de pr\u00e8s de 5000 hectares, <strong>soit une hausse de 8% par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours de cette <strong>p\u00e9riode de 5 ans, la superficie a augment\u00e9 de pas moins de 41%<\/strong> ; ce qui, malgr\u00e9 tout, repr\u00e9sente \u00e0 peine 0,8% de la surface agricole totale en Flandre, dont 1.316 hectares en phase de conversion.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019occasion de la publication du rapport annuel,\u00a0 le ministre-pr\u00e9sident flamand Kris Peeters a rappel\u00e9 que l\u2019accord strat\u00e9gique pour le secteur, sign\u00e9 en 2008, constitue un facteur important dans cette \u00e9volution positive. Outre le Boerenbond, ABS et Bioform, <strong>l\u2019industrie alimentaire et le secteur de la distribution soutiennent eux aussi ce nouveau plan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>\n<br \/>Les agriculteurs bio pas toujours gagnants<\/h2>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 cette \u00e9volution positive et la demande accrue de produits bio, <strong>les agriculteurs biologiques n\u2019en r\u00e9coltent pas toujours les fruits<\/strong> \u2026 bien au contraire. Malgr\u00e9 cette demande croissante de produits bio, ils en obtiennent de moins en moins d\u2019argent, indiquait un reportage du programme Login.<\/p>\n<p>En cause : le succ\u00e8s des produits biologiques <strong>a donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 un v\u00e9ritable business bio<\/strong>, ce qui a entra\u00een\u00e9 \u2013 aussi contradictoire que cela puisse para\u00eetre \u2013 une production de masse.
