Les data forment ici un lien indispensable.<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0<br \/>\nIl existe encore des taches blanches<\/h2>\n<p>C\u2019est ce qui ressort des diff\u00e9rentes interventions qui ont eu lieu lors du tout premier RetailDetail Food Congress. Nous vous faisons parvenir quelques conclusions. Dont celle-ci : si <strong>Jumbo <\/strong>devait ouvrir un supermarch\u00e9 dans la Bussestraat \u00e0 Rumst, l\u2019enseigne pourrait y servir 2.500 clients locaux et g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un chiffre d\u2019affaires de 21,8 millions d\u2019euros. L\u2019intelligence artificielle offre de merveilleuses possibilit\u00e9s. Jumbo n\u2019\u00e9tait pas pr\u00e9sent au congr\u00e8s, la concurrence oui.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0<br \/>\nIl y a un trou \u00e9norme dans le march\u00e9 \u2026<\/h2>\n<p>\u2026 et personne ne saute dedans. Tel \u00e9tait le message de l\u2019ethnomarketeur Rachid Lamrabat de <strong>Tiqah<\/strong>. Les marques et les retailers ont des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 servir les consommateurs d\u2019origines culturelles diff\u00e9rentes, alors que ceux-ci demandent \u00e0 \u00eatre soutenus au niveau de leur \u00e9norme besoin de \u2018convenience\u2019. Aujourd\u2019hui, ils doivent se rendre dans plusieurs magasins (parce que personne ne propose une gamme compl\u00e8te) et passer des heures en cuisine (parce qu\u2019il n\u2019existe pratiquement pas de produits de convenance). De r\u00e9centes histoires \u00e0 succ\u00e8s d\u2019entreprises telles que <strong>Tiense Suiker <\/strong>et <strong>Spadel <\/strong>t\u00e9moignent d\u2019un potentiel \u00e9norme.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0<br \/>\nL\u2019avenir est dans la livraison \u00e0 domicile<\/h2>\n<p>Si l\u2019e-commerce perce \u00e9galement dans le secteur des \u00a0courses hebdomadaires \u2013 et personne n\u2019en doute r\u00e9ellement \u2013 ce sera gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la livraison \u00e0 domicile, pas via les points d\u2019enl\u00e8vement. C\u2019est ce qui ressort de l\u2019histoire d\u2019<strong>Ocado<\/strong>, un supermarch\u00e9 britannique 100% online qui r\u00e9alise un chiffre d\u2019affaires d\u2019un milliard et demi de livres sterling aujourd\u2019hui. Et qui g\u00e9n\u00e8re des profits. Ocado livre \u00e0 domicile, entre cinq heures et demie du matin et une heure et demi du matin. Les clients choisissent un cr\u00e9neau horaire d\u2019une heure (un nouveau cr\u00e9neau d\u00e9bute chaque demi-heure) et 95% des livraisons sont \u00e0 l\u2019heure. Le secret ? Des centres de distribution automatis\u00e9s de haute technologie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Delhaize <\/strong>est sur cette m\u00eame longueur d\u2019onde. La livraison \u00e0 domicile du retailer a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 le \u2018click &amp; collect\u2019 depuis le mois dernier, explique la directrice marketing Aude Mayence. Et ce alors que le service de livraison a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 il y a deux ans seulement. Des concepts \u00e0 plus petite \u00e9chelle tels que le march\u00e9 agricole online <strong>eFarmz <\/strong>ou le vendeur de box repas <strong>Smartmat <\/strong>livrent \u00e9galement \u00e0 domicile. Mathieu de Lophem de l\u2019entreprise de livraison de repas <strong>Deliveroo <\/strong>a \u00e9galement t\u00e2t\u00e9 le terrain en annon\u00e7ant vouloir lancer un service de livraison pour tiers. Pourquoi pas pour les retailers alimentaires ? <strong>PostNL <\/strong>est \u00e9galement pr\u00eate \u00e0 livrer des aliments frais \u00e0 domicile. Cela va provoquer des bousculades ! La consommation \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur augmente par ailleurs, et les restaurateurs doivent \u00e9galement faire face \u00e0 la num\u00e9risation, d\u2019apr\u00e8s <strong>Growzer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0<br \/>\nPlus que jamais, le prix est transparent<\/h2>\n<p>Les gros titres des journaux en ont parl\u00e9 : Jumbo pratique des prix qui, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/food\/jumbo-online-est-meilleur-march%C3%A9-de-11-compar%C3%A9-%C3%A0-colruyt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">en moyenne, sont 11% moins cher<\/a> que les prix <strong>Colruyt<\/strong>, selon les calculs du sp\u00e9cialiste data Daltix. C\u2019est ce qui ressort d\u2019une comparaison de prix faite en ligne, se d\u00e9fend Colruyt qui pr\u00e9tend que la m\u00e9thode n\u2019est pas tout \u00e0 fait exacte puisqu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019une comparaison non pond\u00e9r\u00e9e. Il existe de nombreux d\u00e9saccords entre les experts \u00e0 ce sujet : <strong>Test-Achats<\/strong> n\u2019exerce pas de r\u00e9elle influence. Bref, ce qui est clair, c\u2019est que la nervosit\u00e9 augmente et cette attention ax\u00e9e sur les comparaisons de prix ne diminuera pas.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Un deuxi\u00e8me fait int\u00e9ressant pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par Daltix : si <strong>Carrefour <\/strong>souhaite r\u00e9ellement \u00eatre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/food\/carrefour-applique-la-garantie-du-meilleur-prix-pour-le-bio\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">la marque bio la moins ch\u00e8re de Belgique<\/a>, elle a encore \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de travail \u00e0 effectuer. Une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e dans l\u2019hypermarch\u00e9 de Waterloo d\u00e9montre que seul 18% des produits Carrefour Bio sont moins chers que chez Colruyt. Au niveau des marques A, ce chiffre affiche 13%. Certes, il s\u2019agissait d\u2019un \u00ab instantan\u00e9 \u00bb et d\u2019un panier qui \u00e9tait limit\u00e9, mais on n\u2019a pas entendu de protestations de la part de Colruyt.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0<br \/>\nLa personnalisation, est-ce l\u2019avenir ?<\/h2>\n<p>Dans un monde qui regorge de conseils nutritionnels contradictoires, o\u00f9 de nombreux experts auto-proclam\u00e9s se contredisent, l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de la science \u2018s\u00e9rieuse\u2019 refait surface, d\u00e9clare Nils Van Dam de Duval Union Consulting. Il est rejoint par Ignace de Nollin de Smart with Food, l\u2019appli qui, pour l\u2019instant, cartographie surtout les allerg\u00e8nes mais qui, \u00e0 l\u2019avenir, pourrait devenir une base pour fournir des conseils alimentaires personnalis\u00e9s. Jean Van Damme de Startle per\u00e7oit \u00e9galement un bel avenir pour la personnalisation et d\u2019autres perc\u00e9es scientifiques, \u00e0 condition qu\u2019elles ne perdent pas de vue la perspective du consommateur.
