La canal mobile est plus pratique, plus facile \u00e0 utiliser et plus proche du consommateur que toute autre technologie. \u00ab Aux Etats-Unis, on pense m\u00eame que l\u2019ordinateur est le prochain dinosaure : une relique datant d\u2019une autre \u00e8re, menac\u00e9e d\u2019extinction. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Cela ne signifie pas pour autant la fin de l\u2019analogique. Hinssen estime que les deux sont absolument n\u00e9cessaires. \u00ab Il y a une tr\u00e8s nette convergence entre les deux \u00bb. Mais l\u2019exp\u00e9rience en magasin peut et doit encore changer de fa\u00e7on radicale. Ainsi l\u2019expert en consommation et technologie qualifie \u00ab d\u2019absurdit\u00e9 \u00bb, le fait\u00a0 que\u00a0 dans certains magasins par exemple les caissi\u00e8res travaillent encore avec des scanners manuels. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Il est urgent que les retailers et les producteurs tirent des le\u00e7ons de la digitalisation de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 : \u00ab Le service online et offline doivent se chevaucher. Ainsi, le service apr\u00e8s-vente doit disposer d\u2019autant d\u2019informations sur le client et ses achats qu\u2019au moment de la commande, et doit donc lui aussi \u00eatre un service personnalis\u00e9 envers la client\u00e8le. Le service et la technologie doivent aller de pair. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h2>\n<br \/>Nous vivons une r\u00e9elle guerre de l\u2019information<\/h2>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui le client exige\u00a0 un service irr\u00e9prochable. Et cette exigence ne faiblira pas, au contraire elle se renforcera. Actuellement le consommateur a acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une masse d\u2019informations, ce qui lui permet de s\u2019armer et d\u2019exercer un certain pouvoir face aux offreurs.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00ab Suite \u00e0 cette abondance d\u2019informations, les anciens mod\u00e8les marketing ne fonctionnent plus.\u00a0 Le client joue lui-m\u00eame le r\u00f4le de filtre quant aux informations qui lui sont envoy\u00e9es.\u00a0 D\u00e8s lors pour le marketeur\u00a0 il ne s\u2019agit plus de \u2018commercialiser\u2019 un produit, mais bien de l\u2019\u2019influencer\u2019.\u00a0 D\u2019ailleurs, le concept de march\u00e9 en soi est d\u00e9pass\u00e9 : les march\u00e9s deviennent des r\u00e9seaux o\u00f9 le consommateur occupe\u00a0 une place centrale \u00bb, explique Peter Hinssen.<\/p>\n<p>Il est donc essentiel de se focaliser sur l\u2019individu.\u00a0 Nous vivons une r\u00e9elle guerre de l\u2019information, observe Hinssen, autant chez les retailers que chez les producteurs.\u00a0 \u00ab Compr\u00e9hension et information sont les nouvelles normes.\u00a0 Actuellement ce sont quasiment les principaux actifs d\u2019une entreprise. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019expert en consommation \u00e9voque l\u2019exemple de Tesco : cela fait d\u00e9j\u00e0 vingt ans que ce g\u00e9ant de la distribution sait exactement ce que ses clients ach\u00e8tent.\u00a0 Mais cette information avait toujours une longueur de retard.\u00a0 Tesco savait ce qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 achet\u00e9, pas ce que le client d\u00e9sirait ou comptait acheter.\u00a0 L\u2019arriv\u00e9e de Tesco.com a radicalement chang\u00e9 la donne : la branche online de la cha\u00eene de supermarch\u00e9s\u00a0 permet \u00e0 Tesco de savoir exactement ce que les gens attendent, ce qu\u2019ils veulent et comptent acheter.\u00a0 Les informations r\u00e9colt\u00e9es en ligne permettent au retailer\u00a0 non seulement de faire de meilleures \u2018pr\u00e9visions\u2019, mais \u00e9galement de s\u2019adresser \u00e0 ses clients individuellement.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s Hinssen, pour le producteur de FMCG la situation est encore plus difficile que pour le retailer. Ce dernier assiste toujours au\u00a0 \u2018moment of truth\u2019 du consommateur \u2013 le moment supr\u00eame de l\u2019achat final \u2013 alors que le producteur n\u2019est au courant que par ou\u00ef-dire.\u00a0 Mais il existe des exemples de producteurs\u00a0 qui sont parvenus \u00e0 se constituer\u00a0 une solide base de fans\u00a0 \u00e0 l\u2019aide de programmes de fid\u00e9lisation et d\u2019un marketing\u00a0 B2C efficace via les m\u00e9dias sociaux.\u00a0 \u00ab Aux Etats-Unis par exemple, certains fabricants ont r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 s\u2019adresser \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 hispanique gr\u00e2ce aux m\u00e9dias sociaux, ce qui n\u2019aurait jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 possible via les m\u00e9dias traditionnels. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h2>\n<br \/>A quoi peut-on s\u2019attendre apr\u00e8s Google Glass ?<\/h2>\n<p>Quelles sont les autres nouveaut\u00e9s technologique auxquelles nous pouvons nous attendre ? Tout est possible, estime Hinssen : \u00ab Il y\u00a0 a 25 ans, se promener en rue avec un t\u00e9l\u00e9phone semblait une absurdit\u00e9, et aujourd\u2019hui, nous sommes impatients de d\u00e9couvrir Google Glass. Tout \u00e9volue si vite, qu\u2019il est impossible de pr\u00e9dire ce que nous r\u00e9serve l\u2019avenir. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Mais pour s\u2019en faire une petite id\u00e9e, rendons-nous aux USA, et plus particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 Silicon Valley, le centre n\u00e9vralgique de l\u2019innovation. \u00ab Les Etats-Unis font souvent figure de pionniers. L\u2019\u00e9chelle \u00e0 laquelle on y innove est \u00e9videmment plus importante.
