Quant \u00e0 <strong>Thuiszorgwinkel<\/strong> et <strong>Elektro Van Assche<\/strong>, ils d\u00e9crochent respectivement une honorable deuxi\u00e8me et troisi\u00e8me place.<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>\u00ab Horeca is retail \u00bb dans sa plus parfaite expression<\/h2>\n<p>Le restaurant et les food trucks Balls &amp; Glory surfent sur la vague du \u00ab plat du jour 2.0 \u00bb : un repas rapide qui n\u2019est pas du fastfood et o\u00f9 qualit\u00e9, authenticit\u00e9 et durabilit\u00e9 sont au menu. Apr\u00e8s quelques essais et erreurs, le mod\u00e8le est d\u00e9sormais pr\u00eat pour le grand saut. En attribuant le Prix Mercure, le jury entend r\u00e9compenser la passion de l\u2019entrepreneur et l\u2019attention accord\u00e9e au produit. \u00bb<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019homme derri\u00e8re les fameuses boulettes, Wim Ballieu, se r\u00e9jouit : \u00ab Je suis super fier de ce prix.
