Le professeur estime notamment qu\u2019il y a un manque de monitoring aupr\u00e8s des consommateurs . 5.000 personnes ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 cette premi\u00e8re enqu\u00eate, qui aura lieu quatre fois par an.<\/p>\n<h2>\n<br \/>Dans le commerce alimentaire le prix est d\u00e9terminant<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude se limite \u00e0 trois secteurs, \u00e0 savoir l\u2019alimentation, la mode et l\u2019\u00e9lectronique grand public et tente d\u2019\u00e9baucher l\u2019\u00e9volution tant pour les magasins physiques que pour les boutiques en ligne. Les quatre crit\u00e8res \u00e9valu\u00e9s dans le comportement d\u2019achat du consommateur sont le prix (petits prix et promotions), l\u2019offre (l\u2019assortiment propos\u00e9 et la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019offre), l\u2019exp\u00e9rience (tant au niveau du personnel que l\u2019environnement) et le confort (proximit\u00e9 et horaires d\u2019ouverture).<\/p>\n<p>Dans le secteur alimentaire le prix est d\u00e9terminant (81%), mais l\u2019attention accord\u00e9e tant au confort (75%) qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019offre (72%) est \u00e9galement \u00e9lev\u00e9e.\u00a0 L\u2019exp\u00e9rience (58%) semble jouer un r\u00f4le moins important. Dans le secteur de l\u2019\u00e9lectronique grand public, le consommateur privil\u00e9gie le prix (80%) et l\u2019offre (83%), alors que le confort (60%) et l\u2019exp\u00e9rience( 66%) passent au second plan.<\/p>\n<h2>\n<br \/>Le confort est secondaire<\/h2>\n<p>Dans le secteur de la mode, c\u2019est\u00a0 l\u2019offre (90%) qui prime, suivie de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience (74%) et du prix (68 %). Le confort (58%) est\u00a0 \u00e0 nouveau jug\u00e9 subordonn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Vu les circonstances \u00e9conomiques actuelles, ces r\u00e9sultats paraissent peu surprenants. A noter toutefois que les consommateurs interrog\u00e9s attribuent invariablement un r\u00f4le secondaire au confort et \u00e0 l\u2019exp\u00e9rience. Peut-\u00eatre\u00a0 parce que ces crit\u00e8res comprennent les \u2018conditions d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne\u2019, dont les consommateurs estiment qu\u2019elles vont de soi\u00a0 et n\u2019en ressentiront\u00a0 l\u2019importance que celles-ci sont d\u00e9ficientes.
