Ce projet pilote combine un point de retrait pour courses online avec un grand distributeur proposant toutes sortes de produits.<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<h2>\nDestin\u00e9 aux gares et quartiers citadins tr\u00e8s fr\u00e9quent\u00e9s<\/h2>\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e encore ou au plus tard d\u00e9but de l\u2019an prochain Carrefour ouvrira un nouveau type de sup\u00e9rette Express pr\u00e8s de la Grand-Place de Bruxelles, \u00e0 deux pas de la Gare Centrale. Le magasin sera ouvert 7 jours sur 7 et 24 heures sur 24.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00ab Les gens entrent et indiquent sur un \u00e9cran ce qu\u2019ils souhaitent acheter. Ils payent et ensuite une machine pr\u00e9pare leur colis de courses \u00bb, explique Baptiste van Outryve, porte-parole de Carrefour, au journal De Tijd. \u00ab Toutes les cat\u00e9gories de produits y sont en vente. Des produits frais, mais \u00e9galement des produits surgel\u00e9s et des aliments secs. \u00bb En outre le magasin fait \u00e9galement office de point de retrait : \u00ab Les clients qui ont pass\u00e9 une commande en ligne, peuvent venir y retirer leur colis dans un locker. \u00bb Cette nouvelle sup\u00e9rette automatis\u00e9e emploie autant de personnel qu\u2019un Express classique, mais \u00ab r\u00e9parti sur toute la journ\u00e9e et la nuit. Ils cuisent du pain par exemple et r\u00e9approvisionnent les stocks \u00bb, ajoute le porte-parole.<\/p>\n<p>\nPr\u00e9cisons qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019un test, mais Carrefour visiblement croit au concept : \u00ab Nous pensons pouvoir ouvrir ce type de magasins l\u00e0 o\u00f9 le potentiel est \u00e9lev\u00e9, mais o\u00f9 la place manque.
