C\u2019est pourquoi Standaard Boekhandel,\u00a0en collaboration avec ses collaborateurs et les exploitants de magasins ind\u00e9pendants, a \u00e9labor\u00e9\u00a0un trajet de changement, baptis\u00e9 \u2018Owl on the move\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00ab Les magasins et la plateforme digitale se compl\u00e8teront mutuellement. Le module \u2018reservez maintenant\u2019 en est un bel exemple. Les clients ont la possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9server un livre et de venir le retirer en magasin end\u00e9ans la demi-heure. Cela n\u2019entra\u00eene pas de cannibalisation et cela permet d\u2019augmenter le trafic dans les magasins.
