Le chausseur de luxe fran\u00e7ais attaque le g\u00e9ant am\u00e9ricain du net en justice parce que des chaussures Louboutin contrefaites sont vendues via sa plateforme.<\/p>\n<p>\nL\u2019affaire suscite un vif int\u00e9r\u00eat, car l\u2019avocat de Louboutin accuse Amazon de \u00ab marketing et commercialisation actifs de marchandises contrefaites \u00bb. L\u2019avocat r\u00e9put\u00e9 en droit des marques estime que \u00ab l\u2019entreprise elle-m\u00eame stocke, vend et exp\u00e9die les produits en question \u00bb. Une accusation qui va plus loin que la plainte habituelle \u00e0 l\u2019encontre d\u2019Amazon concernant \u00ab l\u2019h\u00e9bergement de contenu ill\u00e9gal \u00bb, \u00e9crit le journal L\u2019Echo.<\/p>\n<p>\nBien entendu l\u2019avocat d\u2019Amazon n\u2019est pas du m\u00eame avis et affirme que l\u2019entreprise retire imm\u00e9diatement tous les produits contrefaits lorsque Louboutin en d\u00e9couvre sur la plateforme. Selon lui, les deux entreprises collaborent tr\u00e8s bien ensemble depuis plus de deux ans. Les plaidoyers auront lieu au mois de juin.
