L\u2019entreprise recherche activement de nouvelles reprises afin de d\u00e9velopper le groupe.<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<h2>\nBrantano, moteur de croissance<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019an dernier le groupe de mode a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un chiffre d\u2019affaires de 511,8 millions d\u2019euros, soit une hausse de 6,1% par rapport \u00e0 2017. Avec un chiffre d\u2019affaires de 99,3 millions d\u2019euros Miss Etam a contribu\u00e9 pour 19,4% au chiffre d\u2019affaires total ; Brantano pour sa part a g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 29,7% du CA total, soit 151,9 millions d\u2019euros. Les ventes de Brantano ont fortement augment\u00e9 (+20,6%), tandis que celles de Miss Etam sont en l\u00e9g\u00e8re baisse compar\u00e9 \u00e0 2017.<\/p>\n<p>\nLe b\u00e9n\u00e9fice brut d\u2019exploitation (EBITDA) du groupe a lui aussi augment\u00e9 \u00e0 54,9 millions d\u2019euros. <strong>Miss Etam <\/strong>et <strong>Brantano<\/strong> ont cl\u00f4tur\u00e9 l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2018 avec un EBITDA de respectivement 4,9 millions d\u2019euros (+9,6%) et 11,6 millions d\u2019euros (+166,1% !). Le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice net de FNG Group est pass\u00e9 de 7,3 millions d\u2019euros \u00e0 11,5 millions d\u2019euros.<\/p>\n<p>\nLe CEO Dieter Penninckx se dit satisfait : \u00ab Pour la premi\u00e8re fois FNG a franchi la barre des 500 millions d\u2019euros de chiffre d\u2019affaires et un niveau EBITDA de plus de 10% sur l\u2019ensemble de groupe.
