Quelques nouveaut\u00e9s parmi d\u2019autres, que le retailer a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es mercredi et jeudi derniers \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de son Salon de Fin d\u2019Ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<h2>\nSolutions de repas<\/h2>\n<p>Carrefour est en pleine phase de r\u00e9novation de ses hypermarch\u00e9s. Apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9ouverture de l\u2019hyper situ\u00e9 sous le si\u00e8ge social \u00e0 Evere, les magasins de Saint-Denis-Westrem et Fl\u00e9ron viennent eux aussi d\u2019\u00eatre relook\u00e9s. Plus tard cette ann\u00e9e, le retailer renouvellera le point de vente de Tirlemont. Les lignes ma\u00eetresses sont toujours les m\u00eames : l\u2019accent sur le frais, un vaste rayon bio, une zone outlet pour les articles d\u00e9stock\u00e9s et un Carrefour Caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\nLe nouveau concept horeca semble s\u00e9duire la client\u00e8le et a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en avant lors du Salon. Dans un int\u00e9rieur chaleureux et convivial, les clients y trouveront des solutions de repas sains, \u00e0 emporter ou \u00e0 consommer sur place : potages et salades, sandwiches et wraps, plats chauds et desserts \u2026 Le concept aurait sa place non seulement dans les hypermarch\u00e9s, mais \u00e9galement dans les grands Market.<\/p>\n<h2>\nEmballages durables<\/h2>\n<p>Dans les magasins r\u00e9nov\u00e9s le vaste d\u00e9partement bio, v\u00e9ritable shop-in-the-shop, attire l\u2019attention. Bon nombre de nouveaux vins bios (ils sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 plus de 60) font leur apparition en rayon. Carrefour lance \u00e9galement une gamme d\u2019alternatives v\u00e9g\u00e9tales aux produits laitiers (boissons \u00e0 base d\u2019avoine, d\u2019amandes et de riz \u2026).<\/p>\n<p>\nEn outre le retailer s\u2019efforce de durabiliser ses emballages dans le cadre de ses engagements \u2018Act for Food\u2019. Au rayon fruits et l\u00e9gumes, les pommes et les poires sont d\u00e9sormais emball\u00e9es\u00a0 dans des raviers en carton, tout comme les champignons bios. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce concept r\u00e9ussi, les ventes augmentent.\u00a0 Les agrumes sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans des filets en cellulose. Au rayon boucherie les barquettes noires en polystyr\u00e8ne (qui ne sont pas recycl\u00e9es) ont fait place \u00e0 des raviers en PET ou en polypropyl\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<h2>\nSelf-scanning<\/h2>\n<p>Pour d\u00e9barrasser les shoppers de leur cabas en plastique \u2013 encore fr\u00e9quemment vendus \u2013 Carrefour a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des alternatives attrayantes : des sachets fabriqu\u00e9s avec des bouteilles en plastique recycl\u00e9es, des sachets en coton bio, un cabas fabriqu\u00e9 avec des d\u00e9chets plastiques provenant des oc\u00e9ans et m\u00eame un trolley tr\u00e8s pratique, enroulable, fabriqu\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de polypropyl\u00e8ne recycl\u00e9. Ils sont orn\u00e9s de dessins branch\u00e9s cr\u00e9\u00e9s par 13 Pulsion, un graphiste populaire d\u2019origine italo-colombienne, habitant \u00e0 Bruxelles.<\/p>\n<p>\nEt enfin, Carrefour a ajout\u00e9 la nouvelle fonctionnalit\u00e9 \u2018smartscan\u2019 \u00e0 son app pour smartphone, qui permet au client de scanner les produits avec son smartphone, au lieu d\u2019utiliser la scannette.
