Le groupe d&rsquo;action Clean Clothes Campaign (CCC) plaide d\u00e8s pour une augmentation des salaires des travailleurs du textile au \u00ab\u00a0minimum vital\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"background-color:white\">Manque de transparence<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">Comme Zara n&rsquo;est gu\u00e8re tr\u00e8s transparente sur le processus de production et les salaires vers\u00e9s aux travailleurs, Public Eye a men\u00e9 l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate elle-m\u00eame. Pour ce faire, l&rsquo;ONG s&rsquo;est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 la Clean Clothes Campaign et au collectif fran\u00e7ais \u00c9thique sur l&rsquo;\u00e9tiquette. Ils ont achet\u00e9 un sweat \u00e0 capuche de la collection Join Life, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par Zara comme \u00ab\u00a0mode durable\u00a0\u00bb. Le sweater portait d&rsquo;ailleurs un imprim\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Respect\u00a0: find out wat it means to me\u00a0\u00bb. Ensemble, les organisations ont expos\u00e9 tout le trajet du sweater en question, de l&rsquo;usine turque o\u00f9 il a \u00e9t\u00e9 produit \u00e0 la boutique en ligne o\u00f9 il a \u00e9t\u00e9 achet\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">Les chercheurs ont calcul\u00e9 que Zara r\u00e9alisait un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de 4,2 euros sur ce sweat vendu en moyenne \u00e0 26,6 euros en Europe occidentale. Les autres maillons du processus de production, comme les cultivateurs de coton en Inde et les ouvriers de l&rsquo;usine turque, n&rsquo;ont per\u00e7u au total que 2,08 euros par v\u00eatement, soit moins de la moiti\u00e9 du profit r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par Zara.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"background-color:white\">Chiffres d\u00e9taill\u00e9s<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">Les travailleurs turcs du textile gagnent entre 310 et 390 euros par mois, ce qui correspond selon CCC \u00e0 un tiers d&rsquo;un salaire minimum vital. \u00ab\u00a0Il existe une\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.standaard.be\/cnt\/dmf20191128_04742071\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">alternative au paiement de ces maigres salaires<\/a>\u00ab\u00a0, explique Sara Ceustermans (CCC) dans le quotidien n\u00e9erlandophone De Standard. \u00ab\u00a0Pour seulement 3,62 euros de plus par article, il est possible de garantir un salaire minimum vital \u00e0 toutes les personnes impliqu\u00e9es de la production.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate pr\u00e9sente la particularit\u00e9 d&rsquo;inclure tous les maillons de la cha\u00eene de production, comme la filature, le tissage et l&rsquo;impression.
