La confusion concerne avant tout les paiements \u00e9lectroniques.<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<h2>\nPas de probl\u00e8mes pour les paiements en liquide<\/h2>\n<p>Depuis le dimanche 1er d\u00e9cembre les commer\u00e7ants doivent arrondir le montant total du ticket de caisse aux 5 cents les plus proches en cas de paiement en liquide. Cette mesure a pour objectif d\u2019 \u00e9liminer progressivement les pi\u00e8ces rouges de un et deux cents encore en circulation. Les co\u00fbts de fabrication et de transport de ces petites pi\u00e8ces seraient plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s que leur valeur r\u00e9elle. \u00ab \u00c0 notre connaissance, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.test-achats.be\/argent\/payer\/news\/arrondi-5-cents-paiements-par-carte\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ce volet de la nouvelle r\u00e9glementation ne pose pas probl\u00e8me<\/a>\u00a0\u00bb, indique Test-Achats.<\/p>\n<p>\nPar contre pour les paiements \u00e9lectroniques la r\u00e8gle pr\u00eate \u00e0 confusion, car dans ce cas les commer\u00e7ants et les \u00e9tablissements du secteur horeca ont le choix d\u2019arrondir ou non le montant total, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que tous les syst\u00e8mes de caisse ne sont pas en mesure de faire la distinction entre les paiements cash et \u00e9lectroniques. Toutefois selon la nouvelle r\u00e8gle les commer\u00e7ants sont oblig\u00e9s de signaler clairement s\u2019ils appliquent l\u2019arrondi. Et c\u2019est l\u00e0 qu\u2019il y a un hic.<\/p>\n<h2>\nSignalement clair<\/h2>\n<p>\u00ab De nombreux t\u00e9moignages et interrogations nous sont parvenus, notamment via les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, \u00e0 propos des paiements \u00e9lectroniques. Si le commer\u00e7ant applique l\u2019arrondi, il doit clairement l\u2019annoncer et l\u2019appliquer \u00e0 tous ses clients \u00bb, souligne Test-Achats dans un communiqu\u00e9 de presse. L\u2019organisation veut rassembler les plaintes et ensuite en informer l\u2019Inspection \u00e9conomique, \u00e9crit le journal Het Laatste Nieuws.<\/p>\n<p>\nPour une communication claire, le SPF Economie a cr\u00e9\u00e9 un visuel permettant aux commer\u00e7ants d\u2019informer leurs clients.
