La croissance doit provenir des magasins de proximit\u00e9, des formules discount et du e-commerce.<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<h2>\nEconomies des co\u00fbts<\/h2>\n<p>Ce matin Carrefour a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 en d\u00e9tail ses r\u00e9sultats financiers de 2019 \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/food\/une-fin-d%E2%80%99ann%C3%A9e-peu-r%C3%A9jouissante-pour-carrefour\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">les grandes lignes ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 communiqu\u00e9es le 23 janvier<\/a>. Le constat principal : le vaste plan de transformation \u2018Carrefour 2022\u2019 porte ses fruits. Le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice net, le ROI et le cash-flow sont en hausse, tandis que la dette financi\u00e8re nette a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9duite de pr\u00e8s d\u2019un milliard d\u2019euros \u00e0 2,6 milliards d\u2019euros fin 2019.<\/p>\n<p>\nFort de ces premiers succ\u00e8s, le distributeur revoit les ambitions de son plan de transformation \u00e0 la hausse. Pour le PDG Alexandre Bompard la satisfaction clients est un indicateur important : le Net Promoter Score (NPS) du groupe doit augmenter\u00a0 de 15 points d\u2019ici 2022, soit une hausse de 23 points depuis le lancement du plan. En outre le retailer va encore r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts : jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent l\u2019entreprise est parvenue \u00e0 \u00e9conomiser pr\u00e8s de 2 milliards d\u2019euros, l\u2019objectif d\u2019ici fin 2020 est relev\u00e9 de 2,6 \u00e0 2,8 milliards d\u2019euros. En outre cette ann\u00e9e Carrefour va c\u00e9der pour 300 millions d\u2019euros d\u2019actifs immobiliers non strat\u00e9giques.<\/p>\n<h2>\nProximit\u00e9 et marques maison<\/h2>\n<p>Le retailer se f\u00e9licite de la progression des ventes de produits bios (+25% par an depuis 2017), de l\u2019extension de la technologie blockchain (28 produits \u00e0 l\u2019heure actuelle) et de la refonte plus saine de 2300 produits sous marque propre. Le positionnement prix s\u2019am\u00e9liore, l\u2019offre non-food se r\u00e9duit et se simplifie. Les hypermarch\u00e9s font l\u2019objet d\u2019une transformation radicale et l\u2019e-commerce alimentaire a bondi de plus de 30% \u00e0 1,5 milliard d\u2019euros. Pour ce qui est des magasins physiques, la croissance provient essentiellement des formules de proximit\u00e9 et des nouvelles formules discount comme Supeco en Europe et Atacadao au Br\u00e9sil.<\/p>\n<p>\nLes lignes ma\u00eetresses pour 2020 sont claires : focus sur la satisfaction clients, poursuite de la r\u00e9duction du nombre de m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s des hypermarch\u00e9s (-350.000 m\u00b2 d\u2019ici 2022), r\u00e9duction des assortiments de 15% en 2020, croissance du format proximit\u00e9 (+2700 d\u2019ici 2022)\u00a0 et des ventes de marques maison, qui repr\u00e9senteront un tiers du chiffre d\u2019affaires en 2022.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00ab Le rythme d\u2019expansion de nos formats de croissance s\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e8re, les produits bio et \u00e0 marque Carrefour gagnent du terrain, nous surperformons le march\u00e9 dans l\u2019e-commerce alimentaire et notre comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 prix s&rsquo;am\u00e9liore.
