En tant que d\u00e9taillant, il souhaite recourir \u00e0 des cha\u00eenes d\u2019approvisionnement plus courtes et plus transparentes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"background-color:white\">Des co\u00fbts \u00e9normes<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">Frans Muller \u00e9prouve des sentiments mitig\u00e9s concernant les excellents chiffres que le groupe de vente au d\u00e9tail, Ahold Delhaize,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/food\/ahold-delhaize-gagne-des-parts-de-march%C3%A9-au-benelux\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 la semaine derni\u00e8re<\/a>. \u00ab\u2009L\u2019alimentation est une valeur s\u00fbre, un secteur solide en temps de crise. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nrc.nl\/nieuws\/2020\/05\/07\/coronacrisis-versnelt-verduurzaming-ahold-delhaize-a3999042\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mais je ne peux pas vraiment m\u2019en r\u00e9jouir<\/a>. Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re pr\u00e9senter de tels chiffres dans un monde sans pand\u00e9mie. De plus, la r\u00e9cession \u00e9conomique qui ne manquera pas de survenir par la suite ne profite \u00e0 personne\u2009\u00bb, d\u00e9clare-t-il dans le journal n\u00e9erlandais NRC.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">Dans l\u2019ensemble, l\u2019impact du travail \u00e0 domicile restera limit\u00e9, pense-t-il, bien qu\u2019il s\u2019attende \u00e0 un effet positif durable si les restaurants restent ferm\u00e9s et que les consommateurs mangent davantage \u00e0 la maison le soir. Il souligne par ailleurs que la croissance du chiffre d\u2019affaires implique \u00e9galement des co\u00fbts nettement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s. \u00ab\u2009Nous avons d\u00fb <a href=\"https:\/\/fd.nl\/ondernemen\/1344181\/als-mensen-ineens-een-winkel-leegtrekken-kun-je-dat-niet-een-twee-drie-bijbenen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">engager 40\u2009000 personnes pour faire face aux pics de commandes et aux cong\u00e9s maladie<\/a>\u2009\u00bb, dit-il au FD. \u00ab\u2009Dans les magasins, nous avons d\u00fb proc\u00e9der \u00e0 des ajustements tels que l\u2019installation de panneaux de plexiglas aux caisses, le d\u00e9ploiement d\u2019agents de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la mise en place d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de marquage. Et nous faisions face \u00e0 des co\u00fbts \u00e9normes dans la cha\u00eene alimentaire.\u2009\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"background-color:white\">Des cha\u00eenes d\u2019approvisionnement plus courtes<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">Que le stockage massif des consommateurs ait entrain\u00e9 l\u2019apparition de rayons vides dans les magasins \u00e9tait in\u00e9vitable, estime le CEO. Ils sont le r\u00e9sultat d\u2019une cha\u00eene d\u2019approvisionnement tr\u00e8s efficace\u00a0: les magasins n\u2019ont pratiquement plus de stock et sont livr\u00e9s jusqu\u2019\u00e0 trois fois par jour. Mais cela a un inconv\u00e9nient\u00a0: un manque de flexibilit\u00e9. Pourtant, les magasins ne disposeront pas de stocks plus importants, car ils n\u2019ont pas la place suffisante pour les accueillir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">L\u2019entreprise envisage, en revanche, d\u2019autres accords avec les fournisseurs et une disposition diff\u00e9rente des centres de distribution. \u00ab\u2009Tous les d\u00e9taillants devraient essayer de tirer des le\u00e7ons de cette crise. O\u00f9 se trouve notre stock, en cas de p\u00e9nurie \u00e9ventuelle, pouvons-nous constituer des stocks par mesure de pr\u00e9caution\u2009? Vous pouvez avoir des crevettes du Vietnam, mais si les emballages doivent venir de Chine et que les usines y ferment, le probl\u00e8me reste le m\u00eame.\u2009\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la crise, les entreprises ont acquis une meilleure connaissance de leurs cha\u00eenes d\u2019approvisionnement, et c\u2019est plut\u00f4t positif\u00a0: \u00ab\u2009Nous voulons des cha\u00eenes d\u2019approvisionnement plus courtes, mais surtout plus de transparentes. Avec qui travaillons-nous exactement\u2009? \u00c0 quels compromis arrivons-nous avec les fournisseurs, parfois au d\u00e9triment de la durabilit\u00e9\u2009? Ce sont des questions auxquelles nous devons r\u00e9pondre, en tant que grande entreprise.\u2009\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"background-color:white\">Croissance des marques de distributeur et des activit\u00e9s en ligne<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">Dans tous les cas, Frans Muller s\u2019attend \u00e0 une nouvelle croissance de l\u2019e-commerce. Aux Pays-Bas,\u00a0<strong>Albert Heijn<\/strong>\u00a0acc\u00e9l\u00e8re donc l\u2019ouverture de deux nouveaux centres de distribution pour les achats en ligne. Pour lui, le commerce \u00e9lectronique ne doit pas engloutir les magasins physiques\u00a0: les clients omnicanaux sont plus rentables. Pendant la semaine, ils sont occup\u00e9s et commandent en ligne, mais le week-end ils viennent au magasin. Il souhaite par contre r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir aux frais de livraison.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">De plus, l\u2019attention accrue port\u00e9e \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 restera un th\u00e8me important\u00a0: les consommateurs savent maintenant ce que signifie l\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 si on attrape le Covid-19. En outre, au vu de la situation \u00e9conomique, la demande en marques de distributeur moins ch\u00e8res va se poursuivre. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">La crise du coronavirus pourrait-elle entrainer un retard dans les efforts en mati\u00e8re de durabilit\u00e9 consentis par d\u2019Ahold Delhaize\u2009? Le PDG n\u2019est pas de cet avis\u00a0: \u00ab\u2009Je pense que cette crise a justement fait r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir beaucoup plus les consommateurs \u00e0 ce sujet et les th\u00e8mes qui y sont li\u00e9s\u00a0: les d\u00e9chets alimentaires, l\u2019approvisionnement en \u00e9nergie, le transport de marchandises, la d\u00e9forestation. Je pense qu\u2019on en parle davantage \u00e0 table, aussi bien les parents que les enfants.
