Le groupe a maintenant d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de se d\u00e9faire (en grande partie) de ses activit\u00e9s dans le th\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"background-color:white\">Un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice net plus \u00e9lev\u00e9<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, Unilever a tr\u00e8s bien r\u00e9sist\u00e9 \u00e0 la crise du coronavirus : au cours des six premiers mois de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e, le chiffre d\u2019affaires a baiss\u00e9 de 1,6% pour atteindre 25,7 milliards d&rsquo;euros et, sur base organique,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unilever.com\/news\/press-releases\/2020\/half-year-results-performance-reflects-agility-and-resilience-of-the-business.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">la perte se limite m\u00eame \u00e0 0,1% seulement<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">Le r\u00e9sultat op\u00e9rationnel subordonn\u00e9 a augment\u00e9 de 3,8% pour atteindre 5,1 milliards d\u2019euros. Les analystes avaient escompt\u00e9\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tijd.be\/markten-live\/live-blog\/unilever-vlamt-na-sterk-pandemierapport\/10240434.html#https:\/\/www.tijd.be\/markten-live\/live-blog\/unilever-vlamt-na-sterk-pandemierapport\/10240434.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">un r\u00e9sultat de 4,7 milliards d\u2019euros<\/a>, rapporte De Tijd. Le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice net a m\u00eame grimp\u00e9 de 10% pour atteindre 3,5 milliards d\u2019euros. Unilever attribue principalement ces chiffres inattendus \u00e0 la forte croissance de la consommation domestique de nourriture, de glace et de th\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"background-color:white\">Le th\u00e9 noir<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">En marge des r\u00e9sultats trimestriels, le groupe a annonc\u00e9 qu\u2019il souhaitait c\u00e9der la majeure partie de ses activit\u00e9s dans le th\u00e9, comprenant notamment la marque\u00a0<strong>Lipton<\/strong>. Unilever tire l&rsquo;essentiel de son chiffre d\u2019affaires des ventes de th\u00e9, soit quelque deux milliards d&rsquo;euros, du th\u00e9 noir. Sa consommation\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nos.nl\/artikel\/2341583-unilever-stoot-grootste-deel-theedivisie-af.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">diminue en Am\u00e9rique du Nord et en Europe<\/a>, rapporte NOS.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">Par cons\u00e9quent, le groupe souhaite uniquement conserver ses actifs dans le th\u00e9 en Inde et en Indon\u00e9sie ainsi que sa participation dans le partenariat avec <strong>PepsiCo<\/strong> pour le th\u00e9 glac\u00e9 Lipton. La scission devrait \u00eatre achev\u00e9e cette ann\u00e9e.
