L\u2019accord entre Greenyard et Rewe d\u00e9passe d\u2019ailleurs la simple collaboration : les deux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 une filiale commune en Allemagne pour l\u2019approvisionnement des supermarch\u00e9s en fruits et l\u00e9gumes frais, dans laquelle Rewe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tijd.be\/ondernemen\/voeding-drank\/duitse-supermarktreus-stapt-in-greenyard-dochter\/10248373.html\u00a0?\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">prendra une participation minoritaire de pr\u00e8s de 5%<\/a>, rapporte De Tijd.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">Il n\u2019est pas rare de cr\u00e9er une filiale sp\u00e9ciale pour l\u2019approvisionnement d\u2019un gros client\u00a0: Greenyard fournit \u00e9galement\u00a0<strong>Ahold Delhaize<\/strong>\u00a0par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Bakker Barendrecht. Mais il est moins fr\u00e9quent que le client investisse dans son fournisseur, comme le fait indirectement Rexe. Selon les deux parties, cette joint-venture d\u00e9montre l\u2019importance et les intentions durables de la coop\u00e9ration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">Greenyard a d\u00e9croch\u00e9 plusieurs contrats importants l\u2019an dernier et au d\u00e9but de cette ann\u00e9e : le transformateur belge de l\u00e9gumes prendra \u00e0 son compte la totalit\u00e9 du d\u00e9partement Surgel\u00e9s de <strong>Tesco<\/strong>\u00a0et Delhaize lui ach\u00e8te d\u00e9sormais la quasi-totalit\u00e9 de ses fruits et l\u00e9gumes
