Selon elle, l\u2019innovation et la num\u00e9risation sont trop lentes dans le foodretail. \u00ab\u2009Quand on voit le nombre de personnes qui traitent toutes leurs op\u00e9rations bancaires depuis chez elles, je me dis\u00a0: elles pourraient aussi bien faire leurs courses en ligne\u2009\u00bb, a expliqu\u00e9 Marit Van Egmond au Volkskrant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">Les caisses enregistreuses seront bient\u00f4t de l\u2019histoire ancienne et la pand\u00e9mie provoque d\u00e9j\u00e0 une acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration in\u00e9dite de l\u2019\u00e9volution des processus de paiement\u00a0: 60\u00a0% des transactions s\u2019effectuent d\u00e9j\u00e0 par auto-scanner. Mais m\u00eame les caisses enregistreuses avec auto-scanner seront bient\u00f4t superflues. Depuis la Covid-19, les clients veulent payer sans contact, ciblent leurs courses et se tournent vers l\u2019Internet. Aujourd\u2019hui, l\u2019application mobile Albert Heijn compte 1,8 million d\u2019utilisateurs par semaine, alors qu\u2019il n\u2019y en avait que 200\u2009000 d\u00e9but\u00a02019 (quand le nouveau CEO est entr\u00e9 en fonction). M\u00eame les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es l\u2019ont adopt\u00e9e massivement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"background-color:white\">Encore mieux conna\u00eetre le client<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">Ce n\u2019est pas une mode passag\u00e8re, estime Marit Van Egmond. Et c\u2019est une bonne chose, car AH ne se consid\u00e8re plus comme une cha\u00eene de supermarch\u00e9s, mais comme une entreprise \u00ab\u2009foodtech\u2009\u00bb qui \u00ab\u2009aime autant la technologie que l\u2019alimentation\u2009\u00bb. L\u2019entreprise compte d\u00e9j\u00e0 500 collaborateurs dans la technologie et\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.distrifood.nl\/formules\/video\/2020\/11\/interview-marit-van-egmond-over-tech-en-supermarkt-101140221\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">au moins 200 autres vont les rejoindre<\/a>, a-t-elle aussi expliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 Distrifood.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">Albert Heijn croit en un futur \u00e0 la Amazon\u00a0: des supermarch\u00e9s sans caisse o\u00f9 l\u2019on entre, choisit ses produits et sort avec un paiement enti\u00e8rement automatique. Ce sc\u00e9nario impliqu\u00e9 \u00e9galement une connaissance des donn\u00e9es et une personnalisation approfondies. \u00ab\u2009Je pense que nous conna\u00eetrons de mieux en mieux nos clients.\u2009\u00bb \u00ab\u2009Nous saurons ainsi quelles sont ses pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences.\u2009\u00bb Le retailer veut \u00ab\u2009d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9parer certaines choses en ligne\u2009\u00bb, comme un \u00ab\u2009syst\u00e8me de navigation\u2009\u00bb dans le magasin par le biais du smartphone ou une fonction qui avertit les clients qui souffrent d\u2019allergies ou leur donne des conseils sur mesure, comme un \u00ab\u2009vin assorti \u00e0 un morceau de viande sp\u00e9cifique\u2009\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"background-color:white\">Un milliard d&rsquo;euros en ligne<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">De telles innovations sont indispensables, car\u00a0<strong>Jumbo\u00a0<\/strong>et le supermarch\u00e9 en ligne\u00a0<strong>Picnic\u00a0<\/strong>sont sur les talons du leader sur le march\u00e9 n\u00e9erlandais. Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ce dernier, Albert Heijn a lanc\u00e9 un test avec AH Compact \u00e0 Haarlem\u00a0: un\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/food\/albert-heijn-teste-un-service-de-livraison-pour-les-petits-m%C3%A9nages\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">service de livraison gratuit pour un assortiment limit\u00e9<\/a>. L\u2019essai s\u2019av\u00e8re \u00eatre un succ\u00e8s et sera poursuivi.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">AH franchira toutefois la barre du milliard d\u2019euros de chiffre d\u2019affaires en ligne cette ann\u00e9e, la cha\u00eene \u00e9tant ainsi le plus grand food-retailer en ligne des Pays-Bas. En Belgique, le retailer veut m\u00eame miser sur l\u2019e-commerce comme pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer son expansion et notamment atteindre des endroits o\u00f9 il ne dispose pas encore de magasins physiques.
