Il lui suffit ensuite de s\u2019identifier en tenant son porte-cl\u00e9s ou sa carte de membre Nespresso contre l\u2019\u00e9cran tactile et de payer via le terminal de paiement.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Nespresso accorde une grande importance au confort de ses clients et cherche donc \u00e0 varier et \u00e0 simplifier autant que possible le processus d\u2019achat \u00bb, explique le groupe. Actuellement les membres Nespresso disposent d\u00e9j\u00e0\u00a0 de diff\u00e9rentes options multicanal pour commander leurs capsules : via un num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone gratuit, via le webshop, par la poste, dans la Boutique m\u00eame ou <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/itunes.apple.com\/be\/app\/nespresso\/id342879434\" rel=\"noopener\">via l\u2019appli lanc\u00e9e r\u00e9cemment<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>\n<br \/>Contrecarrer les copieurs<\/h2>\n<p>Par ailleurs Nespresso continue sa lutte contre les copieurs meilleur march\u00e9. Avec succ\u00e8s apparemment comme en t\u00e9moigne le journal suisse SonntagsBlick qui a test\u00e9 le nouvel appareil Inissia, dont le lancement est pr\u00e9vu d\u2019ici peu en Italie et \u00e0 partir du mois de mars 2014 en Suisse et dans le reste de l\u2019Europe. Le test a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 qu\u2019en utilisant des capsules d\u2019autres marques, l\u2019appareil produisait une sorte\u00a0 de jus aqueux et non pas un bon caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Selon le journal, les aiguilles qui perforent l\u2019aluminium sont si fines qu\u2019elles ne parviennent \u00e0 percer que les capsules originales de Nespresso et non les capsules synth\u00e9tiques de la concurrence.
