Malgr\u00e9 l&rsquo;incertitude persistante, le bureau d\u2019enqu\u00eate \u00e0 but non lucratif IGD voit d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9merger <a href=\"https:\/\/retailanalysis.igd.com\/sign-in\/global-retail-trends-2021\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">quatre tendances<\/a> dans le monde occidental.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>1. Mise \u00e0 jour num\u00e9rique\u00a0<\/h2>\n<p>IGD pr\u00e9dit l\u2019apparition de nouvelles technologies num\u00e9riques en 2021, qui n\u00e9cessiteront peu d&rsquo;investissements et qui seront faciles \u00e0 mettre \u00e0 jour. Gr\u00e2ce au partenariat avec des parties externes du secteur technologique, le d\u00e9ploiement de ces nouveaux outils peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9. De plus en plus de d\u00e9taillants vont donc commencer \u00e0 se tourner vers l&rsquo;apprentissage automatique et l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle, m\u00eame dans les magasins, pour faire grimper leur chiffre d\u2019affaires et promouvoir la satisfaction des clients.<\/p>\n<p>\nDans ce domaine, ils pourront grandement s&rsquo;inspirer de <strong>Walmart<\/strong>, qui teste toutes sortes de nouveaux gadgets dans un hypermarch\u00e9 dans la ville de Shenzhen, en Chine. Le d\u00e9taillant dispose d&rsquo;une telle quantit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es qu&rsquo;il peut identifier avec pr\u00e9cision les acheteurs potentiels, anticiper leurs d\u00e9sirs et leur proposer des offres personnalis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>2. Le e-commerce en plein essor<\/h2>\n<p>Le commerce \u00e9lectronique est \u00e9galement en pleine acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration, et cette fois-ci, enfin, une acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration rentable. Grand vainqueur de la pand\u00e9mie, sa croissance spectaculaire ralentit maintenant quelque peu, mais elle restera sup\u00e9rieure au niveau d\u2019avant la crise. Les clients les poussent \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier le click&amp;collect, tandis qu&rsquo;ils d\u00e9veloppent de solutions de livraison plus rapides, le jour m\u00eame ou en quelques heures. Dans ce contexte, un partenariat intelligent est essentiel. C\u2019est pourquoi <strong>Carrefour<\/strong> a r\u00e9cemment conclu un partenariat strat\u00e9gique avec la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 canadienne Food X Technologies, qui doit l\u2019aider \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la productivit\u00e9 et la rentabilit\u00e9 de ses op\u00e9rations de e-commerce.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>3. L&rsquo;alimentation comme solution<\/h2>\n<p>Maintenant que tout le monde doit se mettre \u00e0 la cuisine et qu&rsquo;il n\u2019est plus question de sortir le soir, une id\u00e9e de repas originale vaut de l\u2019or. En 2021, et au-del\u00e0, les supermarch\u00e9s essayeront encore de s&#8217;emparer de parts de march\u00e9, et de nos estomacs, du canal out-of-home.<\/p>\n<p>\nEn outre, la sant\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre sont \u00e9videmment devenus globalement plus importants en 2020. De nombreux d\u00e9taillants se sont donc ralli\u00e9s \u00e0 la promotion d&rsquo;un mode de vie plus sain, avec un large \u00e9ventail d&rsquo;activit\u00e9s. La franchise canadienne de supermarch\u00e9s <strong>Loblaw<\/strong> a m\u00eame lanc\u00e9 une application sur laquelle les Canadiens peuvent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier gratuitement de conseils et du soutien d\u2019infirmiers.\u00e8res et de di\u00e9t\u00e9ticiens. Les utilisateurs qui atteignent leurs objectifs sant\u00e9 gagnent des r\u00e9compenses. Mais \u00e0 l&rsquo;avenir, la promotion de la sant\u00e9 physique et mentale restera une priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle internationale.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>4. Reprise durable<\/h2>\n<p>M\u00eame si les emballages ont fait leur grand retour \u00e0 cause de la pand\u00e9mie de coronavirus, leur r\u00e8gne touchera bient\u00f4t \u00e0 sa fin, estime IGD. R\u00e9veill\u00e9es par un myst\u00e9rieux virus venu de Chine, les entreprises et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 prennent rapidement conscience de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de fonctionner et de vivre de fa\u00e7on plus durable. Maintenant que le changement climatique est une priorit\u00e9 absolue, les chercheurs s&rsquo;attendent \u00e0 ce que les d\u00e9taillants du monde entier poursuivent leurs initiatives durables.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\nCe qui inclut la r\u00e9duction des d\u00e9chets plastiques et du gaspillage alimentaire.
