Le bureau de recherche Kantar fait\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kantar.com\/inspiration\/fmcg\/fmcg-growth-is-set-to-reach-10-by-the-end-of-q1-2021#F2jwdxt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">le bilan d\u2019un an de Covid-19<\/a>. Malgr\u00e9 les nombreuses incertitudes actuelles, il est clair qu\u2019une correction est in\u00e9vitable. Le fait simple que nous passerons moins de temps \u00e0 la maison, par exemple, aura irr\u00e9m\u00e9diablement un impact sur notre comportement d\u2019achat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">Le segment FMCG enregistrera encore une croissance de 10% \u00e0 la fin du premier trimestre, pr\u00e9dit Kantar, mais il est peu probable que nous observions encore un jour \u00e0 une croissance \u00e0 deux chiffres dans ces \u00ab\u00a0biens de consommation courante\u00a0\u00bb destin\u00e9s \u00e0 la consommation domestique. Si le moment et l\u2019ampleur de la correction d\u00e9pendront de facteurs inconnus \u00e0 ce jour comme la gravit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9cession \u00e9conomique et le d\u00e9roulement des campagnes de vaccinations, on remarque que la croissance du segment ralentit d\u00e9j\u00e0 en Chine.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"background-color:white\">L\u2019e-commerce atteint 12%<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">\u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale, l\u2019e-commerce atteindra une part de march\u00e9 de 12% ce trimestre, ce qui \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 deux ans de croissance en un an seulement. Kantar pr\u00e9voit une part de chiffre d\u2019affaires de 9% en Europe, alors qu\u2019elle restera inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 1% en Am\u00e9rique latine. Les consommateurs garderont-ils donc l\u2019habitude de se rendre moins souvent au magasin, mais d\u2019y acheter plus\u2009? Peut-\u00eatre perdrons-nous une partie de l\u2019organisation dont nous avons fait preuve pendant le confinement, mais il est aussi probable que nous en tirerons des le\u00e7ons.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">Kantar pense \u00e9galement que la tendance \u00e0 d\u00e9penser moins va se maintenir, d\u2019autant que la confiance des consommateurs sera mise \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve quand l\u2019impact \u00e9conomique se fera davantage sentir et le ch\u00f4mage augmentera. Mais le seul secteur des FMCG qui n\u2019a pas profit\u00e9 du confinement, celui de la sant\u00e9 et de la beaut\u00e9, enregistrera une nette reprise d\u00e8s que nous pourrons enfin quitter notre domicile. Les boissons alcoolis\u00e9es vendues au d\u00e9tail pourraient en revanche \u00eatre plus vuln\u00e9rables si nous sommes autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 abandonner notre salon pour le caf\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">Trois multinationales ont enregistr\u00e9 une croissance de 10% ou plus depuis le d\u00e9but de la pand\u00e9mie\u00a0:\u00a0<strong>Reckitt Benckiser<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Kellogg\u2019s<\/strong> et\u00a0<strong>Kraft Heinz<\/strong>. Le premier est \u00e9galement le propri\u00e9taire des deux marques de FMCG qui affichent la croissance la plus rapide au monde, Dettol et Harpic. Bien qu\u2019un l\u00e9ger ralentissement soit probable \u00e0 court terme, les ventes de ces produits d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne se maintiendront sans aucun doute \u00e0 un niveau nettement sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui d\u2019avant la pand\u00e9mie. Quoi qu\u2019il en soit, le Covid-19 continuera \u00e0 faire sentir ses effets \u2013 surtout d\u2019un point de vue \u00e9conomique \u2013 au cours des ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir, conclut
