L&rsquo;acteur du e-commerce entend maintenir cette dynamique et pr\u00e9voit m\u00eame de tripler son chiffre d&rsquo;affaires, passant de dix \u00e0 trente milliards d&rsquo;euros, d&rsquo;ici \u00e0 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"background-color:white\">39 millions de clients<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">Zalando se sent \u00ab\u00a0plus fort que jamais\u00a0\u00bb : en effet, la crise du coronavirus a surtout renforc\u00e9 la plateforme de mode allemande, qui a vu son chiffre d&rsquo;affaires augmenter de 23% pour atteindre pr\u00e8s de 8 milliards d&rsquo;euros. Le volume brut des marchandises (GMV) s\u2019est \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u00e0 10,7 milliard d\u2019euros, soit une hausse de 30%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">Le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice net a atteint \u00e0 226 millions d\u2019euros, bien au-dessus des 100 millions d\u2019euros de l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Les clients ont retourn\u00e9 moins de commandes en raison de la crise du coronavirus, admet le co-PDG sortant, Rubin Ritter, ce qui a stimul\u00e9 le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice. Cependant, le pourcentage de retour avoisine encore 50%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">L&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, Zalando a s\u00e9duit 39 millions d&rsquo;utilisateurs, soit 25% de plus qu\u2019en 2019. La plus forte croissance durant l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e de la pand\u00e9mie a \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9e au sud de l\u2019Europe, o\u00f9 beaucoup plus de consommateurs se sont tourn\u00e9s vers le commerce \u00e9lectronique en raison des confinements. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, plus de 50% du volume ne provient plus de la r\u00e9gion germanophone DACH (Allemagne, Autriche, Suisse).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"background-color:white\">\u00ab\u00a0Plus seulement en ligne\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 s\u2019attend \u00e0 ce que la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration en ligne reste sur une pente ascendante, puisque les ventes ont \u00e9galement augment\u00e9 cet \u00e9t\u00e9, alors que les magasins \u00e9taient ouverts. Le Covid-19 a surtout acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 des tendances existantes, telles que l&rsquo;effacement des fronti\u00e8res entre le monde num\u00e9rique et le monde physique. La strat\u00e9gie de plateforme sur laquelle mise Zalando semble donc \u00ab\u00a0\u00eatre la bonne\u00a0\u00bb, estime Robert Gentz, co-PDG : \u00ab\u00a0Zalando ne joue plus seulement en ligne, mais sur l&rsquo;ensemble du march\u00e9 de la mode.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">Pour ce faire, Zalando se repose principalement sur son programme de partenariat, qui offre aux magasins physiques un acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la vente num\u00e9rique, sous le slogan \u00ab\u00a0connected retail\u00a0\u00bb. Ce programme a permis aux magasins ferm\u00e9s de continuer \u00e0 \u00e9couler leur stock en ligne pendant la pand\u00e9mie. Pour Zalando, la connexion avec des magasins physiques signifie principalement moins de stocks et plus d&rsquo;\u00e9chelle, tandis que les marques et les d\u00e9taillants partenaires peuvent consid\u00e9rablement \u00e9tendre leur port\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">Zalando mise \u00e9galement sur des services compl\u00e9mentaires pour les marques partenaires, plus particuli\u00e8rement en mati\u00e8re d\u2019ex\u00e9cution et de marketing. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, 40% du volume commercial provient de partenaires, et cette part devrait atteindre 50% en 2025. D&rsquo;ici l\u00e0, l&rsquo;e-tailer veut compter des magasins connect\u00e9s dans treize pays et r\u00e9unir trois fois plus de magasins. \u00ab Nous ne sommes qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019aube de la fusion entre les services en ligne et hors ligne\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Gentz. D&rsquo;ici \u00e0 2025, 75% de l\u2019ensemble des magasins de mode physiques devraient \u00eatre reli\u00e9s \u00e0 la plateforme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"background-color:white\">Le Google de la mode<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">L\u2019objectif est simple : Zalando veut devenir le \u00ab\u00a0Google de la mode\u00a0\u00bb. La plateforme affirme d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00eatre le site de mode le plus consult\u00e9 en Europe, avec 1,5 fois plus de visiteurs que H&amp;M, et disposer de la plus grande application de mode du continent. 57% des commandes sont d\u2019ailleurs pass\u00e9es sur cette application. Sur les cinq principaux march\u00e9s de l&rsquo;entreprise, dont le Benelux, plus de 20% de la population utilise la plateforme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">Ainsi, les objectifs \u00e0 long terme sont largement revus \u00e0 la hausse : si l&rsquo;acteur du e-commerce a d\u00e9j\u00e0 quadrupl\u00e9 son chiffre d&rsquo;affaires depuis 2014, Zalando veut d\u00e9sormais le faire tripler d&rsquo;ici \u00e0 2025. Cela repr\u00e9senterait une croissance annuelle de 20-25% et un volume total de 30 milliards d&rsquo;euros. L&rsquo;entreprise vise \u00e9galement une part de march\u00e9 de 10%, ce qui en ferait le leader du march\u00e9, tant en ligne que hors ligne. La part de march\u00e9 actuelle avoisine 3%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"background-color:white\">Diminution de 50% des \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">Parall\u00e8lement, l&rsquo;entreprise revoit \u00e0 la hausse ses objectifs en mati\u00e8re de durabilit\u00e9 : d&rsquo;ici \u00e0 2023, 25% du volume commercial total devra \u00eatre constitu\u00e9 de produits plus durables. Initialement, l\u2019objectif \u00e9tait de 20% du GMV. \u00ab\u00a0Nous avons r\u00e9duit de moiti\u00e9 nos \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre par rapport \u00e0 2017.
