La coop\u00e9rative fran\u00e7aise poss\u00e8de d\u00e9j\u00e0 49% des actifs dans cette r\u00e9gion. Si les n\u00e9gociations n\u2019avaient pas \u00e9t\u00e9 officiellement confirm\u00e9es, il semble d\u00e9sormais que l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lsa-conso.fr\/sodiaal-reprend-officiellement-yoplait,376818\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">op\u00e9ration sera boucl\u00e9e d&rsquo;ici \u00e0 la fin de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e<\/a>, rapporte LSA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">Selon l&rsquo;accord, Sodiaal exploitera, par l&rsquo;interm\u00e9diaire de Yoplait SAS, les activit\u00e9s de la marque de yaourt en France, en Slovaquie, en R\u00e9publique tch\u00e8que, au Royaume-Uni et en Su\u00e8de, et g\u00e8rera un r\u00e9seau de 28 franchis\u00e9s qui produisent et distribuent la marque dans plus de 40 pays. En 2020, Yoplait repr\u00e9sentait un chiffre d\u2019affaires annuel de 660 millions d\u2019euros (hors Etats-Unis et Canada). Cette acquisition renforcerait consid\u00e9rablement la division de la grande consommation de Sodiaal et permettrait \u00e0 la coop\u00e9rative de se hisser parmi les dix premi\u00e8res entreprises agroalimentaires fran\u00e7aises.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">Pour sa part, General Mills acquerrait la participation de 49% de Sodiaal dans Yoplait Canada Holding, ce qui en ferait une filiale distincte de General Mills.
