Les consommateurs nous connaissent pour nos prix bas, qu\u2019ils associent \u00e0 une moins bonne qualit\u00e9. Nous en sommes en grande partie responsables, car nous avons toujours mis nos prix bas en avant. Nous souhaitons d\u00e9sormais inverser la tendance. Nous resterons bon march\u00e9, mais nous voulons \u00e9galement faire ressortir le c\u00f4t\u00e9 tendance et qualitatif de nos collections.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"background-color:white\">Jeune et branch\u00e9<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">Bristol veut en priorit\u00e9 devenir une marque plus branch\u00e9e et plus jeune, ou du moins \u00eatre per\u00e7u comme tel. Ainsi, outre la r\u00e9novations des magasins, la cha\u00eene investira davantage dans le marketing et la publicit\u00e9. Cela doit \u00e9galement permettre aux consommateurs de mieux conna\u00eetre Bristol. \u00ab\u00a0Par exemple, beaucoup de gens ignorent que nous commercialisons \u00e9galement des marques A comme<strong>\u00a0Adidas<\/strong>\u00a0et\u00a0<strong>Puma<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb, explique Vanaudenhove. L&rsquo;objectif du d\u00e9taillent est non seulement de fid\u00e9liser ses clients existants, mais \u00e9galement d\u2019attirer un nouveau public.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">En 2019, Bristol avait enregistr\u00e9 une perte nette de 6,2 millions d\u2019euros. Pour inverser la vapeur, il faudra \u00e9galement r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts. Pour cela, la cha\u00eene se concentre notamment sur la r\u00e9duction des loyers. En outre, elle mise activement sur une gestion plus efficace des stocks, afin que les magasins puissent pratiquer moins de remises et que les marges augmentent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"background-color:white\">Fermetures de magasins<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">Un dernier \u00e9l\u00e9ment concerne bien s\u00fbr directement les magasins. L&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, le d\u00e9taillant a ferm\u00e9 une quarantaine de succursales aux Pays-Bas et en Belgique. \u00ab\u00a0Mais nous en ouvrons aussi d\u2019autres sur de meilleurs emplacements. Nous ne savons pas encore exactement combien de magasins nous visons. Les magasins sont \u00e9valu\u00e9s sur une base mensuelle.
