Non pas une attaque frontale venant de la concurrence elle-m\u00eame, mais venant de petites organisations d\u2019une part et de grands acteurs du num\u00e9rique avec un champ d\u2019activit\u00e9s\u00a0 tr\u00e8s large, comme Amazon et Google, d\u2019autre part.<\/p>\n<p>Une deuxi\u00e8me tendance que j\u2019observe est l\u2019aspect pr\u00e9visible du consommateur, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 qu\u2019il laisse partout derri\u00e8re lui des donn\u00e9es personnelles, alors qu\u2019il y a quelques ann\u00e9es il \u00e9tait encore tout \u00e0 fait impr\u00e9visible. Ainsi aujourd\u2019hui on peut pr\u00e9voir de mani\u00e8re quasi scientifique si un produit aura du succ\u00e8s ou non. Il y a moyen d\u2019obtenir du feedback tr\u00e8s rapidement et de r\u00e9agir presqu\u2019instantan\u00e9ment par rapport \u00e0 ce retour d\u2019information. Dans cette optique le marketing ne commence pour ainsi dire que lors du lancement du produit.<\/p>\n<p>Troisi\u00e8mement 2014 sera l\u2019ann\u00e9e o\u00f9 il faudra sa battre pour attirer l\u2019attention du client. Suite \u00e0 la prolif\u00e9ration des m\u00e9dias, il est de plus en plus difficile d\u2019atteindre soi-m\u00eame son client. Il faut donc faire le raisonnement inverse : c\u2019est le client qui doit venir \u00e0 vous. Au moment o\u00f9 il se rendra chez vous, il aura d\u00e9j\u00e0 pris sa d\u00e9cision, alors qu\u2019auparavant il devait encore prendre sa d\u00e9cision une fois arriv\u00e9 chez vous. Il faudra donc en tenir compte dans la strat\u00e9gie marketing.<\/p>\n<p>Une derni\u00e8re tendance \u00e0 noter est l\u2019\u00e9volution consid\u00e9rable de la technologie portable, comme le FuelBand de Nike, les smartwatches, toutes sortes de capteurs corporels \u2026 , ce qui permettra aux gens d\u2019enregister eux-m\u00eames ce qu\u2019ils font de leur argent, de leur corps, \u2026 etc. En tant qu\u2019entreprise il faudra tenir compte de cette tendance de certains consommateurs \u00e0 tout vouloir quantifier et r\u00e9pertorier. L\u2019enjeu consistera donc \u00e0 se servir habilement de ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>Tout \u00e0 l\u2019heure vous \u00e9voquiez le changement du marketing et le fait que les entreprises devront s\u2019adapter. Qu\u2019entendez-vous par l\u00e0 exactement ?<\/h3>\n<p>S.V.B.: \u00ab Si les d\u00e9partements marketing souhaitent \u00eatre en phase avec le client, ils devront former de plus petites \u00e9quipes, m\u00eame dans les grandes entreprises. S\u2019ils recherchent une comp\u00e9tence sp\u00e9cifique, ils ne devront pas la chercher en interne, mais \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur aupr\u00e8s de plus petites entreprises avec lesquelles ils devront collaborer. Il leur faudra donc d\u00e9velopper une sorte de r\u00e9seau.<\/p>\n<p>Selon moi, les entreprises devront op\u00e9rer ainsi, car \u00e0 l\u2019avenir il sera tr\u00e8s difficile de recruter des talents de haut niveau et parce qu\u2019on aura besoin sans cesse d\u2019autres comp\u00e9tences. Pour \u00e9voluer dans ce march\u00e9 en mutation permanente, il faudra d\u00e9velopper son propre r\u00e9seau. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>Pensez-vous que cela concernera d\u2019autres segments de l\u2019entreprise ou est-ce uniquement le marketing qui doit changer ?<\/h3>\n<p>S.V.B.: \u00ab Non, cela s\u2019appliquera aussi \u00e0 d\u2019autres domaines. Aujourd\u2019hui on constate que les ressources humaines, le marketing et l\u2019IT ont tendance \u00e0 converger et s\u2019influencer mutuellement. Les ressources humaines d\u00e9terminent en grande partie la satisfaction du client, le marketing est davantage soutenu par l\u2019IT et l\u2019IT \u00e0 son tour est de plus en plus utilis\u00e9 pour garantir la satisfaction du client \u2026 Tout est donc li\u00e9. Par cons\u00e9quent l\u2019\u00e9volution dont je parlais sera perceptible dans tous ces domaines. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Cela s\u2019applique-t-il aussi \u00e0 \u2018l\u2019extr\u00eame orientation vers le client\u2019, que vous \u00e9voquiez pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment ?<\/h3>\n<p>S.V.B.: \u00ab Non, c\u2019est autre chose. Le r\u00e9seau dont je parlais concerne la fa\u00e7on d\u2019organiser l\u2019entreprise, alors qu\u2019une orientation extr\u00eame vers le client est plut\u00f4t une question de mentalit\u00e9, qui consiste \u00e0 placer le client au centre de votre organisation. A court terme cela entra\u00eenera un d\u00e9savantage financier, mais \u00e0 long terme vous en tirerez avantage. Il faut donc opter pour le long terme.<\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9compense devra lui aussi \u00eatre adapt\u00e9 au sein de l\u2019entreprise : si vous recomp\u00e9nsez les gens sur base de la satisfaction du client, le client sera automatiquement au centre des pr\u00e9occupations de votre entreprise. Une orientation extr\u00eame vers le client requiert un changement de mentalit\u00e9 radical consistant \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier le client au sein de votre entreprise. Car nombreux sont ceux qui en parlent, mais peu\u00a0 nombreux sont ceux qui joignent l\u2019acte \u00e0 la parole. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>Parlant de technologie, on constate aujourd\u2019hui l\u2019omnipr\u00e9sence des m\u00e9dias sociaux. Quel r\u00f4le joueront-ils \u00e0 l\u2019avenir ?<\/h3>\n<p>S.V.B: \u00ab Les m\u00e9dias sociaux permettent de donner une voix aux gens. C\u2019est un moyen d\u2019interaction\u00a0 avec d\u2019autres et avec les entreprises. En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale on constate que les nouveaux m\u00e9dias sociaux augmentent la force et la transparence du consommateur. L\u2019\u00e9volution que nous percevons aujourd\u2019hui, s\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e8rera consid\u00e9rablement dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n<p>On voit de plus en plus souvent des consommateurs cr\u00e9ant leurs propres petites entreprises et dans une phase suivante ils produiront eux-m\u00eames. A terme ils finiront par concurrencer chaque entreprise : le hobby du consommateur risque ainsi de devenir votre plus grand concurrent. Le secteur de la photographie en a \u00e9t\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re victime, le reste suivra. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>Pensez-vous que Facebook continuera \u00e0 jouer un r\u00f4le important ou \u00eates-vous de ceux qui estiment que son importance diminuera ?<\/h3>\n<p>S.V.B.: \u00ab Non, je pense que Facebook continuera \u00e0 jouer un r\u00f4le important, contrairement \u00e0 ce que certains pr\u00e9tendent. Ce n\u2019est pas parce que d\u2019autres r\u00e9seaux grimpent, que Facebook va chuter. D\u2019ailleurs d\u2019apr\u00e8s\u00a0 les chiffres, Facebook est toujours num\u00e9ro un. J\u2019ignore si ce sera encore le cas dans dix ans, toujours est-il qu\u2019aujourd\u2019hui son impact est consid\u00e9rable et que les marketeurs doivent en tenir compte. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>Les retailers ont d\u00e9couvert l\u2019importance des \u2018big data\u2019, mais en contre-r\u00e9action les consommateurs veulent \u00e0 tout prix prot\u00e9ger leur vie priv\u00e9e. Cela peut-il poser probl\u00e8me selon vous ?<\/h3>\n<p>S.V.B: \u00ab Effectivement il y a l\u00e0 mati\u00e8re \u00e0 discussion dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir : jusqu\u2019o\u00f9 peut-on aller en tant que marketeur ? L\u2019essentiel pour une entreprise est de se demander comment am\u00e9liorer l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client \u00e0 l\u2019aide de ces donn\u00e9es et non comment se servir de ces donn\u00e9es pour gagner plus d\u2019argent. Dans ce dernier cas, je crains que le client soit l\u00e9s\u00e9 et que l\u2019entreprise franchisse la ligne rouge.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous partez du principe que ces donn\u00e9es vous permettront d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client, \u00e0 terme votre d\u00e9marche sera rentable.
