Une tendance qui vaut pour toutes les tranches d&rsquo;\u00e2ge, dans toutes les cat\u00e9gories de produits, selon une nouvelle \u00e9tude europ\u00e9enne.<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Commodit\u00e9, bonnes affaires et rapidit\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>Les r\u00e9cents confinements ont g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 un changement permanent du comportement d&rsquo;achat. Une approche plus mixte des achats, avec un poids plus important du canal num\u00e9rique, est en train de devenir la nouvelle norme pour les consommateurs europ\u00e9ens. La volont\u00e9 des consommateurs d&rsquo;effectuer \u00ab\u00a0tous\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0la plupart\u00a0\u00bb de leurs achats en ligne est pass\u00e9 de 10 % avant la pand\u00e9mie \u00e0 15 % apr\u00e8s la pand\u00e9mie, selon le nouveau rapport Smart E-Commerce d&rsquo;UPS. L\u2019envie de pouvoir faire \u00ab\u00a0tous\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0la plupart\u00a0\u00bb de ses achats dans un magasin physique a diminu\u00e9 de 14 %, passant de 54 % \u00e0 40 %. L&rsquo;\u00e2ge n\u2019a aucune incidence : des baisses importantes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9 dans tous les tranches d\u2019\u00e2ge. C&rsquo;est dans les cat\u00e9gories des produits m\u00e9nagers, des cosm\u00e9tiques et de l&rsquo;alimentation que la transition vers les achats en ligne est la plus importante.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ce n&rsquo;est pas que le magasin physique n&rsquo;ait plus la cote aupr\u00e8s des acheteurs : les gens appr\u00e9cient le plaisir du shopping physique (41 %) et la perception d&rsquo;une exp\u00e9rience plus personnelle (38 %). Mais la commodit\u00e9 est de loin le principal moteur qui encourage les consommateurs \u00e0 acheter en ligne, comme indiqu\u00e9 par pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 (48 %) des r\u00e9pondants. Les autres arguments sont la recherche de bonnes affaires en ligne (44 %) et la rapidit\u00e9 (41 %). 38 % des r\u00e9pondants estiment que les produits sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement moins chers en ligne.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Grandes cha\u00eenes VS magasins ind\u00e9pendants<\/h2>\n<p>Les consommateurs veulent-ils acheter davantage dans les magasins locaux et ind\u00e9pendants depuis la pand\u00e9mie ? C&rsquo;est relatif. Dans tous les secteurs du commerce de d\u00e9tail, la pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence va indiscutablement aux grandes cha\u00eenes, avec les taux les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s pour les produits blancs (63 %) et l&rsquo;alimentation (62 %). Les principaux arguments en faveur des achats aupr\u00e8s de d\u00e9taillants ind\u00e9pendants : l\u2019envie de soutenir de petites entreprises ou des entreprises locales, un meilleur service client et une exp\u00e9rience client plus personnalis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Les acheteurs appr\u00e9cient la communication des marques sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, mais les achats sur les places de march\u00e9 des r\u00e9seaux sociaux, comme Facebook Marketplace ou Instagram Shopping, restent limit\u00e9s pour l&rsquo;instant : 14 % ach\u00e8tent sur ces plateformes au moins une fois par mois. 80 % des r\u00e9pondants disent appr\u00e9cier les marques qui centrent leurs communications sur leurs clients et leurs employ\u00e9s. Pas moins de 60 % ont point\u00e9 du doigt un exc\u00e8s de communication de la part des marques pendant la pand\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Envie de durabilit\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>\u00c0 souligner : la gratuit\u00e9 de la livraison et des retours est le facteur d\u00e9terminant de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience d&rsquo;achat dans un magasin physique, et ce en particulier pour les r\u00e9pondants \u00e2g\u00e9s de 55 ans ou plus. En revanche, les consommateurs attendent des d\u00e9taillants qu&rsquo;ils accordent une attention suffisante \u00e0 la durabilit\u00e9, et notamment pour les modes de livraison. Dans la grande distribution, les acheteurs souhaitent des emballages \u00e9cologiques (54 %), une compensation des \u00e9missions de CO2 pour les livraisons (48 %), des options de livraison alternatives (47 %), des v\u00e9hicules de livraison \u00e9lectriques ou \u00e0 faibles \u00e9missions (47 %), une commande minimale pour une livraison gratuite (44 %) et des frais de livraison minimaux (42 %).<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne le Brexit, 72 % des consommateurs europ\u00e9ens s&rsquo;attendent \u00e0 ce que le prix des achats en provenance du Royaume-Uni augmente et 69 % pensent que le d\u00e9lai de livraison sera plus long. \u00c0 l&rsquo;inverse, 66 % des Britanniques pensent que le prix des marchandises en provenance de l&rsquo;UE augmentera en 2021, tandis que 64 % s\u2019attendent \u00e0 ce que le d\u00e9lai de livraison des commandes soit plus long en raison des nouvelles r\u00e8gles douani\u00e8res. Dans l\u2019ensemble, 77 % des r\u00e9pondants s&rsquo;attendent \u00e0 une r\u00e9cession mondiale cette ann\u00e9e et 57 % pr\u00e9voient de r\u00e9duire leurs d\u00e9penses.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Le comportement \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9gard des achats en ligne continue \u00e0 suivre les tendances ant\u00e9rieures au confinement, et il y a m\u00eame des signes de l\u00e9g\u00e8re croissance. De nombreuses possibilit\u00e9s s&rsquo;offrent aux d\u00e9taillants en ligne de toutes envergures pour attirer de nouveaux clients en 2021.
