De plus l\u2019entreprise est-flandrienne a une option sur les 15% restants. Toutefois les ventes d\u2019Intimacy restent en-de\u00e7\u00e0 des attentes : <strong>en 2013 le chiffre d\u2019affaires a chut\u00e9 d\u2019environ 12%<\/strong>, avec n\u00e9anmoins une am\u00e9lioration, car le chiffre d\u2019affaires comparable\u00a0 au second trimestre affichait une baisse de -4,7%, contre -11% au premier semestre.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs Intimacy a \u00e9t\u00e9 traduit en justice aux USA parce que soup\u00e7onn\u00e9 d\u2019avoir enfreint la loi en mati\u00e8re de cartes de cr\u00e9dit. Le litige concerne les <strong>d\u00e9tails des cartes de cr\u00e9dit pouvant \u00eatre mentionn\u00e9s ou non sur le ticket de caisse<\/strong>. Pour l\u2019instant le tribunal examine le dossier, mais selon Van de Velde aucun client n\u2019aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u00e9s\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le fabricant de Schellebelle suivra de pr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9volution de la situation. Si les objectifs ne sont pas atteints, Van de Velde envisagera, \u00e0 la cl\u00f4ture du premier semestre, <strong>une \u00e9ventuelle r\u00e9duction de valeur sur le goodwill et la marque<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>\n<br \/>B\u00e9n\u00e9fice en hausse d\u2019un quart<\/h2>\n<p>En 2013 Van de Velde a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 <strong>un chiffre d\u2019affaires consolid\u00e9 de 182,4 millions d\u2019euros<\/strong>, soit une progression de 0,4% par rapport \u00e0 2012. Cette croissance modeste s\u2019explique d\u2019une part par les effets de change n\u00e9gatifs et d\u2019autre part par les probl\u00e8mes rencontr\u00e9s chez Intimacy.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e9anmoins<strong> le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice net s\u2019\u00e9tablit \u00e0 31,8 millions d\u2019euros, une croissance de 24%<\/strong> par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2012, durant laquelle une r\u00e9duction de valeur de 8 millions d\u2019euros avait \u00e9t\u00e9 comptabilis\u00e9e sur le goodwill et la marque Andres Sarda. Le dividende brut vers\u00e9 aux actionnaires se maintient \u00e0 2,15 euros par action.<\/p>\n<h2>\n<br \/>D\u00e9marrage prometteur de l\u2019an 2014<\/h2>\n<p>Selon Van de Velde la premi\u00e8re moiti\u00e9 de 2014 s\u2019annonce prometteuse dans le wholesale : <strong>les pr\u00e9-commandes de lingerie affichent une l\u00e9g\u00e8re croissance<\/strong> (m\u00eame chez Andres Sarda), avec des chiffres particuli\u00e8rement favorables pour la collection baln\u00e9aire de PrimaDonna, lanc\u00e9e r\u00e9cemment.<\/p>\n<p>Quant \u00e0 la branche retail, Van de Velde compte essentiellement sur le d\u00e9veloppement de Rigby &amp; Peller au Royaume-Uni, en Allemagne et en Asie.
