Cette semaine, Filet Pur d\u00e9nonce\u2009!<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Cents et pour cent<\/h2>\n<p>Une tendance annonc\u00e9e depuis un certain temps semble d\u00e9sormais s\u2019imposer dans l\u2019alimentation. L\u2019abonnement est le nouveau Saint Graal du supermarch\u00e9. Il s\u2019agit \u00e9videmment de copier <strong>Amazon<\/strong>. Si sa formule Prime lui a permis de dominer le monde, elle doit bien receler une part de g\u00e9nie, non\u2009?\u00a0 Effectivement, si vous faites payer vos clients \u00e0 l\u2019avance, ils n\u2019iront pas chez la concurrence avant d\u2019avoir r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 leur investissement. Simple.<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Il faut bien trouver une contrepartie. Chez le tr\u00e8s tendance <em>service de streaming alimentaire<\/em> Monopflix de <strong>Monoprix<\/strong>, les clients fid\u00e8les d\u00e9boursent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/food\/les-d%C3%A9taillants-alimentaires-fran%C3%A7ais-lancent-des-abonnements-payants\">99,9 euros par an<\/a> en \u00e9change d\u2019une remise de 10\u00a0% et de la livraison gratuite. Et d\u00e9sormais, <strong>Carrefour<\/strong> aussi propose un abonnement payant\u00a0: une cotisation mensuelle de 5,99 euros y donne droit \u00e0 une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/food\/carrefour-teste-%C3%A9galement-l%E2%80%99abonnement-en-france\">remise de 15\u00a0% sur les 7 000 produits de marque de distributeur<\/a>. L\u2019option semble attrayante, et comme la plupart des clients sont de toute fa\u00e7on trop b\u00eates pour convertir ces pour cent en vrais cents, elle pourrait m\u00eame avoir un certain succ\u00e8s. Pour l\u2019instant uniquement \u00e0 Rouen et dans ses environs, mais rassurez-vous\u00a0: si \u00e7a mord, ils n\u2019h\u00e9siteront pas longtemps \u00e0 Evere. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Montage perfide<\/h2>\n<p>\u00c0 Kobbegem, ils ont choisi une autre voie\u00a0: l\u2019abonnement \u00e0 une alimentation saine devient le nouveau ch\u00e8que-repas. Accorder des remises aux frais du gouvernement\u00a0: chez <strong>Delhaize<\/strong>, rien n\u2019est impossible. Surtout quand \u00e7a rapporte 720 euros nets. Ce n\u2019est \u00e9videmment pas \u00e0 un vieux lion qu\u2019on apprend \u00e0 faire du marketing intelligent&#8230; Apr\u00e8s s\u2019\u00eatre appropri\u00e9 le Nutri-Score sans le moindre scrupule, ils pr\u00e9sentent aujourd\u2019hui une initiative qui pr\u00e9tend ne servir que la sant\u00e9 publique et le bien commun.<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Sans blague. Ce <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/food\/delhaize-lance-un-%C2%AB-abonnement-sant%C3%A9-%C2%BB-pour-les-entreprises\">Healthy Membership Program<\/a> qui ressemble \u00e0 premi\u00e8re vue \u00e0 une action caritative n\u2019est en fait qu\u2019un perfide montage parafiscal aux d\u00e9pens du budget de l\u2019\u00c9tat. Le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral, d\u00e9j\u00e0 en difficult\u00e9, voit des millions lui \u00e9chapper. Pire encore\u00a0: d\u00e9sormais, le pauvre contribuable subventionne le riche client de Delhaize \u2013 il n\u2019en va pas autrement en fin de compte. De quoi creuser encore les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s. Ou quand l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Effet_Matthieu\">effet Matthieu<\/a> devient un outil de marketing. Peut-on tomber plus bas\u2009?<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Laissez faire les pros<\/h2>\n<p>Il est heureux que Delhaize ait un porte-parole capable de se sortir des situations les plus pr\u00e9caires avec le sourire. Un vrai pro, le meilleur de sa profession. Quoi qu\u2019il dise, vous le croyez imm\u00e9diatement. Si jamais ils ont besoin de quelqu\u2019un au Grand Cactus, une seule adresse. Ces fausses accusations sur les \u00e9chappatoires fiscales ont donc \u00e9t\u00e9 balay\u00e9es d\u2019un revers de la main. Pas le moindre couac.<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Et son grand professionnalisme s\u2019est \u00e0 nouveau manifest\u00e9 quand RetailDetail l\u2019a appel\u00e9 pour une autre affaire potentiellement d\u00e9licate\u00a0: qu\u2019un premier franchis\u00e9 ait d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de convertir l\u2019un de ses supermarch\u00e9s AD Delhaize \u00e0 la formule amie <strong>Albert Heijn<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/food\/l%E2%80%99ad-delhaize-de-tongres-devient-albert-heijn-%C2%AB-un-cas-isol%C3%A9-%C2%BB\">n\u2019est absolument pas un signe inqui\u00e9tant, tout au plus une affaire locale<\/a>. Il faut remettre les choses dans leur contexte, tout simplement. Il n\u2019est donc certainement pas question de dizaines d\u2019entrepreneurs qui entreprennent une r\u00e9flexion similaire et vont frapper \u00e0 la porte de leurs coll\u00e8gues de Willebroek ou d\u2019Ingelmunster pour prendre la temp\u00e9rature et p\u00eacher quelques chiffres. Rien de tout cela. Donc, maintenant, vous la savez\u00a0: nous avons pris note, \u00e9videmment. H\u00e9, nous aussi sommes des pros, apr\u00e8s tout.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>D\u00e9sertion<\/h2>\n<p>Ce ne sont pas des idiots dans les d\u00e9partements marketing des cha\u00eenes de supermarch\u00e9s. Sauf s\u2019ils travaillent chez <strong>Aldi<\/strong> et ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 pour une fois d\u2019\u00e9crire la v\u00e9rit\u00e9. \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hln.be\/het-leukste-van-het-web\/oeps-aldi-pakt-door-verstrooide-medewerker-uit-met-slogan-hoge-prijs-lage-kwaliteit~a9c631fd\/\">Prix \u00e9lev\u00e9, qualit\u00e9 m\u00e9diocre<\/a>\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0: il avait pourtant fait un bon score dans le classement Google, mais la direction a fini par juger le nouveau slogan inappropri\u00e9. Un membre du personnel sur le point d\u2019\u00eatre papa qui a bri\u00e8vement perdu la t\u00eate, apparemment. Ou, l\u2019inverse, bien s\u00fbr\u00a0: finalement, cette soi-disant faute de frappe a permis au discounter de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une belle publicit\u00e9 gratuite. C\u2019est dire \u00e0 quel point ils sont raffin\u00e9s \u00e0 Erpe-Mere. Donnez-lui une promotion\u2009!<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ils peuvent \u00eatre heureux chez Aldi\u00a0: apr\u00e8s tout, la plupart des food-retailers \u00e9prouvent de plus en plus de difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 trouver du personnel et doivent se contenter de second choix. Les ch\u00f4meurs de l\u2019horeca et de la culture qui \u00e9taient venus remplir les rayons pendant les confinements ont d\u00e9sert\u00e9. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/g%C3%A9n%C3%A9ral\/les-supermarch%C3%A9s-voient-le-march%C3%A9-de-l%E2%80%99emploi-s%E2%80%99ass%C3%A9cher-la-%C2%AB-guerre-des-talents-%C2%BB-est\">La guerre des talents est en train d\u2019\u00e9clater<\/a>. Mais ne pensez pas que les salaires vont augmenter ou que les conditions de travail vont devenir plus flexibles\u00a0: nos chers \u00e9piciers ne sont pas fous non plus. Ils se contenteront donc d\u2019initiatives sympatoches. Quelques tours de Job Bus, par exemple. Bref, la p\u00e9nurie n\u2019est probablement pas si grave. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Remise en forme<\/h2>\n<p>Et puis ceci\u00a0: le tout premier <strong>Jumbo<\/strong> City du pays va ouvrir\u00a0\u00e0 exactement\u00a0290 m\u00e8tres \u2013 soit quatre minutes de marche \u2013 des bureaux de RetailDetail. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/food\/anvers-accueille-le-premier-jumbo-city-en-belgique\">Bienvenue, P\u00e9ril jaune<\/a>! Nous ne manquerons pas de passer prendre une salade ou une part de pizza. Mais pas tous les jours, ne r\u00eavez pas. Apr\u00e8s tout, nous n\u2019avons que l\u2019embarras du choix\u00a0: il suffit de tendre la main du bureau pour se retrouver avec un wrap au thon, un smoothie ou un Buddha Falafel Bowl super sain.<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Oui, depuis cette semaine, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/food\/foodmaker-lance-des-magasins-sans-personnel-une-solution-saine-pour-le-lieu-de-travail\">le tout premier magasin sans personnel<\/a> de <strong>Foodmaker<\/strong> a ouvert ses portes ici. Une ruse de notre Grand Timonier pour nous faire revenir au bureau apr\u00e8s un an et demi de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, bien s\u00fbr. Un avantage extral\u00e9gal face auquel le dispositif d\u2019\u00e9vasion fiscale mis en place par Delhaize (pourtant pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 peine trois \u00e9tages en dessous) ne peut rivaliser. Et, surtout, un plan rigoureux de \u00ab\u00a0remise en forme\u00a0\u00bb gr\u00e2ce auquel notre p\u00e8re fondateur esp\u00e8re retrouver rapidement la vigueur de ses jeunes ann\u00e9es, quand \u00e9tait encore un athl\u00e8te accompli et \u2013 authentique \u2013 mannequin de lingerie. Nous retenons d\u00e9j\u00e0 notre souffle pour son passage sur le podium de la RetailDetail Night.
