Les femmes appellent \u00e0 un changement structurel. Elles veulent que leurs employeurs, les gouvernements, les communaut\u00e9s et les hommes abattent les barri\u00e8res auxquelles elles sont confront\u00e9es. Pour traiter les r\u00e9ponses des femmes, l\u2019entreprise a travaill\u00e9 avec une \u00e9quipe de scientifiques de la Future of Marketing Initiative de la Sa\u00efd Business School (Universit\u00e9 d\u2019Oxford) et des analystes qualitatifs externes. En combinant machine learning et analyse de r\u00e9seau, l\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u2019Oxford a identifi\u00e9 les 28 sujets mentionn\u00e9s le plus souvent par les femmes. Ces 28 sujets ont \u00e9t\u00e9 regroup\u00e9s qualitativement en huit th\u00e8mes\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>1. Fin de la discrimination syst\u00e9mique et des st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes de genre nuisibles (80\u00a0%)<\/p>\n<p>2. \u00c9galit\u00e9 des chances en mati\u00e8re de carri\u00e8re (79\u00a0%)<\/p>\n<p>3. Pouvoir de d\u00e9cision (65\u00a0%)<\/p>\n<p>4. Soutien aux parents (30\u00a0%)<\/p>\n<p>5. Meilleur \u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e (26\u00a0%)<\/p>\n<p>6. \u00c9galit\u00e9 des genres dans l\u2019\u00e9ducation (24\u00a0%)<\/p>\n<p>7. Bien-\u00eatre mental et physique (19\u00a0%)<\/p>\n<p>8. Fin du harc\u00e8lement et de la violence sexistes (15\u00a0%)<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>On constatera que 71\u00a0% des femmes soulignent que les hommes jouent un r\u00f4le crucial \u2013 tant\u00f4t en tant qu\u2019alli\u00e9s dans leur lutte, tant\u00f4t en tant qu\u2019obstacles au progr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>\u00c0 travail \u00e9gal, salaire \u00e9gal<\/h2>\n<p>Ce n\u2019est pas une co\u00efncidence si l\u2019\u00e9tude a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e en pleine crise sanitaire\u00a0: la pand\u00e9mie a lourdement affect\u00e9 les femmes sur le march\u00e9 du travail dans le monde entier et entra\u00een\u00e9 une \u00ab\u00a0she-cession\u00a0\u00bb (r\u00e9cession centr\u00e9e sur les femmes) qui a co\u00fbt\u00e9 64 millions d\u2019emplois et au moins 800 milliards de dollars de revenus, soit le PIB total de 98 pays. La lutte pour l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des genres a ainsi recul\u00e9 de 136 ans.<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Mars se fondera sur les enseignements tir\u00e9s de #HereToBeHeard \u2013 dans le cadre de laquelle duquel plus de 1 200 employ\u00e9s de Mars se sont exprim\u00e9s \u2013 afin d\u2019\u00e9laborer de nouvelles politiques et actions pour la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mars.com\/sustainability-plan\/thriving-people\/unlocking-opportunities-for-women\">plateforme Full Potential<\/a> pour l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des genres que l\u2019entreprise a cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 2020. Les processus de Mars visent \u00e0 accorder un salaire \u00e9gal \u00e0 travail \u00e9gal \u00e0 ses 133 000 employ\u00e9s dans le monde, dont la moiti\u00e9 sont des femmes. Parmi ses autres objectifs en mati\u00e8re d\u2019inclusion et de diversit\u00e9, Mars vise un \u00e9quilibre parfait entre les genres dans les \u00e9quipes de direction. Au sein des responsables hi\u00e9rarchiques <em>(associates<\/em> qui g\u00e8rent une \u00e9quipe), on trouve 59\u00a0% d\u2019hommes pour 41\u00a0% de femmes.
