La plateforme web <strong>bol.com<\/strong> est d\u00e9j\u00e0 rentable\u00a0: le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice brut d\u2019exploitation sera compris entre 150 et 170 millions d\u2019euros cette ann\u00e9e, sur un chiffre d\u2019affaires d\u2019environ 5,5 milliards d\u2019euros. Mais chez <strong>Delhaize<\/strong> et <strong>Albert Heijn<\/strong>, les ventes en ligne de produits alimentaires restent d\u00e9ficitaires. En effet, la livraison d\u2019aliments (frais) est beaucoup plus complexe et donc plus co\u00fbteuse sur le plan logistique. De plus, les marges sont minimes sur le march\u00e9 tr\u00e8s concurrentiel de l\u2019alimentation.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9conomies d\u2019\u00e9chelle et automatisation doivent aider, mais le groupe pense \u00e9galement qu\u2019une coop\u00e9ration plus \u00e9troite entre les deux enseignes de supermarch\u00e9s et bol.com pourrait am\u00e9liorer la rentabilit\u00e9 avec le temps. M\u00eame s\u2019il existe des diff\u00e9rences majeures entre l\u2019alimentaire et le non-food, de plus grandes synergies sont encore possibles, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pour l\u2019Europe Wouter Kolk lundi lors de la journ\u00e9e (virtuelle) des investisseurs d\u2019Ahold Delhaize.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Ventes crois\u00e9es<\/h2>\n<p>\u00c0 quoi pourrait ressembler concr\u00e8tement cette coop\u00e9ration\u2009? Wouter Kolk n\u2019est pas entr\u00e9 dans les d\u00e9tails, mais pense surtout \u00e0 des initiatives marketing comme un programme de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 partag\u00e9 qui permettrait aux clients d\u2019accumuler des points ou des r\u00e9compenses sur les diff\u00e9rentes marques. Il veut \u00e9galement investir davantage dans les ventes crois\u00e9es\u00a0: les clients qui commandent de la viande pour barbecue en ligne chez Delhaize, par exemple, verront ensuite s\u2019afficher une offre pour un barbecue chez bol.com.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Il serait \u00e9galement possible d\u2019intensifier la coop\u00e9ration dans la logistique. Aujourd\u2019hui, les clients de bol.com peuvent d\u00e9j\u00e0 retirer leurs colis dans les magasins physiques de Delhaize et d\u2019Albert Heijn. Wouter Kolk veut v\u00e9rifier si les camionnettes utilis\u00e9es par les deux cha\u00eenes de supermarch\u00e9s pour livrer les courses peuvent \u00e9galement transporter les retours pour bol.com. Un projet pilote sera mis sur pied.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>\u00c9quilibre<\/h2>\n<p>Certaines initiatives sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 en cours\u00a0: depuis quelque temps, les clients de Delhaize peuvent par exemple \u00e9changer leurs points SuperPlus contre des bons d\u2019achat sur bol.com. Aux Pays-Bas, Albert Heijn a r\u00e9cemment lanc\u00e9 l\u2019abonnement omnicanal \u00ab\u00a0Mijn Albert Heijn Premium\u00a0\u00bb, qui promet aux acheteurs des r\u00e9ductions non seulement dans les supermarch\u00e9s, mais <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/food\/albert-heijn-lance-un-nouvel-abonnement-%C2%AB-omnicanal-%C2%BB\">aussi sur d\u2019autres marques du groupe<\/a>, comme les magasins de spiritueux <strong>Gall &amp; Gall<\/strong> ou l\u2019abonnement Select de bol.com.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019agira en tout cas d\u2019un exercice d\u2019\u00e9quilibriste d\u00e9licat, car les trois marques doivent \u00e9galement conserver leur individualit\u00e9 au sein d\u2019un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me Ahold Delhaize. Souvent, elles sont d\u2019ailleurs concurrentes au niveau local \u2013 c\u2019est notamment le cas de Delhaize et d\u2019Albert Heijn en Flandre. Mais l\u2019Internet joue un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans les ambitions de croissance du groupe de distribution\u00a0: le chiffre d\u2019affaires doit passer de 75 \u00e0 85 milliards d\u2019euros d\u2019ici 2025, et la moiti\u00e9 de ces 10 milliards d\u2019euros doivent provenir de l\u2019e-commerce.
