Alors qu\u2019IJsboerke est actif surtout en Belgique, mais \u00e9galement aux Pays-Bas, Glacio est principalement orient\u00e9 vers l\u2019exportation, avec l\u2019accent sur l\u2019Asie. Et tandis que IJsboerke s\u2019adresse avant tout au segment moyen, Glacio vise une position haut de gamme. Par ailleurs les ventes d\u2019IJsboerke atteignent leur sommet en \u00e9t\u00e9 et celles de Glacio en hiver \u00bb, explique Janssen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le principal march\u00e9 de Glacio est le Japon<\/strong>, o\u00f9 l\u2019entreprise a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un chiffre d\u2019affaires de 6 \u00e0 7 millions d\u2019euros l\u2019an dernier. Mais la marque est \u00e9galement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e ailleurs en Asie. Ainsi le premier Glacio-shop a ouvert ses portes \u00e0 Hong Kong et d\u2019autres suivront, indique Janssen : \u00ab Notre objectif dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir est d\u2019ouvrir des dizaines de shops en Asie. \u00bb Glacio compte r\u00e9aliser ce projet via une master franchise, par laquelle une entreprise partenaire assure la franchise pour l\u2019ensemble d\u2019un pays.<\/p>\n<h2>\n<br \/>Augmenter le chiffre d\u2019affaires de 20%<\/h2>\n<p>Alors qu\u2019en 2013 Glacio-IJsboerke affichait un chiffre d\u2019affaires de 70 millions d\u2019euros, le tandem vise les 90 millions d\u2019euros en 2014. <strong>En termes de volume cela \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 une augmentation de 30 millions de litres de glace \u00e0 40 millions de litres<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui IJsboerke, fond\u00e9 il y a pr\u00e8s de 80 ans, <strong>distribue ses produits uniquement via le retail et l\u2019horeca<\/strong>. En revanche la division de livraison \u00e0 domicile avec ses c\u00e9l\u00e8bres petites camionnettes a \u00e9t\u00e9 vendue. Janssen : \u00ab Actuellement les femmes ne sont plus \u00e0 la maison en journ\u00e9e et de plus il y a des supermarch\u00e9s partout. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>La marque de cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e est disponible dans 98% des supermarch\u00e9s,<\/strong> ainsi que dans 4.500 \u00e9tablissements horeca. Afin de stimuler ces canaux de vente, la marque mise sur l\u2019innovation et les partenariats, comme l\u2019explique Janssen : \u00ab Aujourd\u2019hui on ne peut plus se permettre d\u2019\u00eatre seul,<strong> il faut conclure des alliances<\/strong>. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi l\u2019entreprise fabrique des cornets de glace roses \u00e0 l\u2019effigie de K3, ainsi que des <strong>produits inspir\u00e9s d\u2019autres personnages de Studio 100<\/strong> (Bumba, Maya l\u2019abeille, Kabouter Plop, Piet Piraat, Wicky De Viking et Dobus) et de la VRT (Kaatje). Et\u00a0 d\u2019ici peu\u00a0 les consommateurs trouveront dans les rayons des supermarch\u00e9s des emballages en plus petites portions : quatre barquettes de 200 ml au lieu d\u2019une bo\u00eete d\u2019un litre ou de 2,5 litres.<\/p>\n<h2>\n<br \/>Davantage d\u2019attention pour les r\u00e9seaux sociaux et les actions<\/h2>\n<p>\u00ab Nous devons davantage faire vivre la marque \u00bb, estime Janssen. C\u2019est pourquoi l\u2019entreprise envisage <strong>d\u2019organiser des actions dans le retail autour du th\u00e8me du cyclisme<\/strong>. Apr\u00e8s plusieurs ann\u00e9es d\u2019absence, IJsboerke r\u00e9appara\u00eet dans le milieu du cyclisme, en tant que co-sponsor de l\u2019\u00e9quipe professionnelle Lotto-Belisol.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs le glacier souhaite <strong>cr\u00e9er le \u2018buzz\u2019 via les r\u00e9seaux sociaux et internet<\/strong>. Ainsi l\u2019entreprise a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un nouveau site web, a renforc\u00e9 sa pr\u00e9sence sur\u00a0 Facebook &#8211; le nombre de \u2018likes\u2019 y est pass\u00e9 de 4.300 \u00e0 5.000 \u2013 et a cr\u00e9\u00e9\u00a0 r\u00e9cemment un compte Twitter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cette nouvelle dynamique se refl\u00e8te \u00e9galement \u00e0 travers le nouveau logo<\/strong>. Le \u2018ijsboerke\u2019 qui autrefois se promenait dans un paysage de montagnes enneig\u00e9es a \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9 par un \u2018ijsboerke\u2019 au travail.<\/p>\n<h2>\n<br \/>Le d\u00e9lai de mise sur le march\u00e9 n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi court<\/h2>\n<p>Afin de r\u00e9pondre aux tendances du march\u00e9, Glacio-IJsboerke <strong>dispose de 27 lignes de production<\/strong>. \u00ab Celles-ci nous permettent d\u2019avoir une grande flexibilit\u00e9 si n\u00e9cessaire. Le d\u00e9lai de mise sur le march\u00e9 n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi court qu\u2019aujourd\u2019hui. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>La ligne de production\u00a0 la plus r\u00e9cente\u00a0 a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e en gestion propre. \u00ab Cela nous a permis de travailler vite et de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts. \u00bb Un achat externe aurait co\u00fbt\u00e9 6 millions d\u2019euros, alors que l\u2019entreprise a pu d\u00e9velopper la ligne de production pour 1 million d\u2019euros.
