L&rsquo;entreprise familiale l&rsquo;a annonc\u00e9 ce matin lors d&rsquo;un conseil d&rsquo;entreprise extraordinaire.<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Un virage surprenant<\/h2>\n<p>Le\u00a0Groupe Mestdagh a trouv\u00e9 un acheteur : le groupe fran\u00e7ais de supermarch\u00e9s Intermarch\u00e9 reprendra toutes les succursales. Tous les 87 supermarch\u00e9s seraient concern\u00e9s. Des sources syndicales ont rapport\u00e9 cette nouvelle \u00e0 l&rsquo;agence de presse Belga, apr\u00e8s que la direction ait convoqu\u00e9 les syndicats ce matin.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>En d\u00e9cembre dernier, le groupe Mestdagh avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 annonc\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il mettrait <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/food\/breaking-mestdagh-rompt-son-contrat-avec-carrefour\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fin \u00e0 son partenariat exclusif avec Carrefour \u00e0 partir de 2023<\/a>. Depuis des ann\u00e9es, le groupe wallon a\u00a0un contrat de master franchise avec\u00a0Carrefour, mais les difficult\u00e9s financi\u00e8res y tra\u00eenent depuis longtemps.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e9anmoins, le rachat d&rsquo;Intermarch\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/food\/opinion-qui-va-s%E2%80%99emparer-de-mestdagh\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">est une surprise<\/a> : le groupe fran\u00e7ais de supermarch\u00e9s est d\u00e9j\u00e0 actif en r\u00e9gion wallonne avec 78 supermarch\u00e9s. Reste donc \u00e0 savoir si Intermarch\u00e9 gardera tous les magasins de Mestdagh. Il est possible qu&rsquo;il y ait une cannibalisation \u00e0 certains endroits. Carrefour Mestdagh poss\u00e8de \u00e9galement un certain nombre de magasins \u00e0 Bruxelles et en Flandre, plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment \u00e0 Aarschot et \u00e0 Tirlemont, o\u00f9 Intermarch\u00e9 n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas actif jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Nouvel acteur significatif<\/h2>\n<p>Dans un communiqu\u00e9 de presse, l&rsquo;entreprise explique sa d\u00e9cision : \u00ab\u00a0La famille Mestdagh a pris la d\u00e9cision d\u2019accepter une offre d\u2019achat sur les actions de la SA Mestdagh \u00e9mise par le <strong>Groupement Les Mousquetaires<\/strong> pour l\u2019enseigne Intermarch\u00e9. Cette op\u00e9ration permettra de constituer un acteur significatif de la distribution en Belgique. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Avec 87 supermarch\u00e9s pour Mestdagh et 78 magasins pour Intermarch\u00e9 Belgique, le nouvel ensemble aura une couverture id\u00e9ale de son territoire et offrira aux consommateurs la force combin\u00e9e des deux groupes.
