C&rsquo;est ce qui ressort du nouveau rapport annuel, dans lequel le groupe de distribution fait \u00e9galement part de ses projets pour l&rsquo;avenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bien plus que l\u2019alimentaire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne dites plus \u00ab&nbsp;discounter de Halle&nbsp;\u00bb pour parler de Colruyt Group. L&rsquo;entreprise familiale cot\u00e9e en bourse tend de plus en plus vers une holding de d\u00e9tail polyvalente, active dans tous les secteurs possibles. Le groupe de distribution dit vouloir aider les clients \u00ab&nbsp;\u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape de leur vie&nbsp;\u00bb en leur proposant les bons produits et services, principalement \u00ab&nbsp;dans le secteur alimentaire et non-alimentaire, mais aussi dans d&rsquo;autres cat\u00e9gories connexes comme l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, la mobilit\u00e9 et la sant\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e ait \u00e9t\u00e9 difficile en raison&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/food\/la-garantie-des-meilleurs-prix-a-un-cout-eleve-pour-colruyt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">d\u2019une baisse du chiffre d\u2019affaires et de l\u2019augmentation des co\u00fbts<\/a>, le PDG, Jef Colruyt, croit r\u00e9solument&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/food\/analyse-les-quatre-piliers-de-la-future-croissance-de-colruyt-group-sont-ils-si-solides\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">en cette vision strat\u00e9gique \u00e0 long terme<\/a>. Pour concr\u00e9tiser son objectif, il continue \u00e9galement \u00e0 investir dans l\u2019expansion, selon le dernier rapport annuel pour l&rsquo;exercice 2021\/2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Colruyt mise sur le num\u00e9rique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 une baisse de 3 % du chiffre d\u2019affaires l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re,&nbsp;<strong>Colruyt Meilleurs Prix<\/strong>&nbsp;entrevoit un potentiel de 1 \u00e0 2 magasins suppl\u00e9mentaires par an.&nbsp; L\u2019enseigne r\u00e9cup\u00e8rerait d\u2019ailleurs sa part de march\u00e9. En septembre 2021, Colruyt a ouvert un deuxi\u00e8me point de vente en gros pour les clients professionnels \u00e0 Drogenbos mais, \u00ab&nbsp;les r\u00e9sultats d\u00e9passant les pr\u00e9visions&nbsp;\u00bb, Colruyt Professionals envisage un nouveau d\u00e9ploiement dans les zones m\u00e9tropolitaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec deux centres de distribution, un \u00e0 Erpe-Mere et un nouveau \u00e0 Londerzeel, la branche en ligne&nbsp;<strong>Collect&amp;Go<\/strong>&nbsp;dispose d\u00e9sormais d&rsquo;une capacit\u00e9 suffisante pour absorber la croissance en ligne pour \u00ab&nbsp;les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir&nbsp;\u00bb. Ainsi, la livraison \u00e0 domicile devrait plus que doubler d&rsquo;ici \u00e0 2023 et s&rsquo;\u00e9tendre \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres grandes villes. Ce service est disponible&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/food\/colruyt-se-lance-a-son-tour-dans-la-livraison-a-domicile-chez-la-moitie-des-menages-belges-dici-un-an\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">depuis le mois de juin \u00e0 Anvers et \u00e0 Bruxelles<\/a>. La plateforme d\u2019achats en gros&nbsp;<strong>Deals!<\/strong>&nbsp;doit ensuite s&rsquo;ancrer \u00ab&nbsp;durablement&nbsp;\u00bb dans l&rsquo;organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En France, Colruyt est une formule de supermarch\u00e9s de proximit\u00e9 modeste, ax\u00e9e sur le local, \u00e0 la recherche d&rsquo;un \u00e9quilibre. Les trois magasins de Paris ont ferm\u00e9 \u00e0 la mi-2021, mais quatre autres ont ouvert leurs portes ce printemps, notamment en Alsace. Dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir, la cha\u00eene souhaite principalement se d\u00e9velopper dans le nord-est de la France, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la fronti\u00e8re avec le Luxembourg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bio-Planet en soif d\u2019acquisitions ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s le pic de la crise sanitaire, la formule de proximit\u00e9 Okay a elle aussi enregistr\u00e9 une baisse de son chiffre d&rsquo;affaires, mais l&rsquo;expansion pr\u00e9vue s&rsquo;est poursuivie. L&rsquo;objectif est d&rsquo;ouvrir environ cinq nouveaux magasins chaque ann\u00e9e. Au total,&nbsp;<strong>Okay&nbsp;<\/strong>entrevoit un potentiel d&rsquo;environ 200 magasins en Belgique, o\u00f9 elle en compte d\u00e9j\u00e0 156.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bio-Planet<\/strong>, la cha\u00eene bio de Colruyt, entend bien surfer sur la vague de consolidation du march\u00e9 bio. La cha\u00eene, qui compte 31 magasins, se dit clairement ouverte \u00e0 des partenariats avec d&rsquo;autres acteurs maintenant que de nombreux magasins bio sont en difficult\u00e9 et jettent l\u2019\u00e9ponge. Elle envisage donc de faire des acquisitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019enseigne sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans les produits frais de luxe&nbsp;<strong>Cru&nbsp;<\/strong>ouvrira une quatri\u00e8me succursale \u00e0 Dilbeek \u00e0 la fin de cette ann\u00e9e et d\u00e9clare investir dans les piliers de sa future croissance, notamment dans des programmes de formation pour les employ\u00e9s et le renouvellement des processus. Cependant, le groupe n\u2019a pas d\u00e9voil\u00e9 d&rsquo;objectifs concrets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Newpharma suit de pr\u00e8s le march\u00e9 hollandais<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le nouveau concept de magasin&nbsp;<strong>Dreamland&nbsp;<\/strong> est d\u00e9sormais pr\u00eat et sera d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 \u00e0 partir du d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2023. Apr\u00e8s une p\u00e9riode 2021\/2022 difficile, notamment en raison de probl\u00e8mes de stocks, la cha\u00eene de magasins de jouets vise une ou deux ouvertures par an. Dreambaby anticipant d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00ab&nbsp;un taux de natalit\u00e9 en baisse structurelle&nbsp;\u00bb, l\u2019entreprise n\u2019envisage pas d&rsquo;ouvrir de nouveaux magasins mais privil\u00e9gie des partenariats avec d&rsquo;autres formules du groupe et de ventes d&rsquo;occasion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la branche de la mode, regroup\u00e9e sous&nbsp;<strong>The Fashion Society<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>ZEB&nbsp;<\/strong>se d\u00e9veloppe en Belgique, tandis que&nbsp;<strong>PointCarr\u00e9&nbsp;<\/strong>avance sur le march\u00e9 fran\u00e7ais. ZEB compte actuellement 74 magasins mais entrevoit un potentiel de plus de 100 magasins en Belgique. PointCarr\u00e9 pr\u00e9voit de poursuivre son expansion en France par le biais de franchises mais aussi avec quelques flagship stores.&nbsp;<strong>The Fashion Store<\/strong>&nbsp;ouvre deux nouvelles boutiques cet \u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bike Republic<\/strong>&nbsp;affiche clairement son ambition de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/nl\/news\/algemeen\/bike-republic-franchit-le-cap-des-vingt-etablissements\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">consid\u00e9rablement se d\u00e9velopper ces prochaines ann\u00e9es<\/a>. \u00c0 l\u2019aube de la vague de consolidation du march\u00e9 du v\u00e9lo, la cha\u00eene se concentre sur une \u00ab&nbsp;diversification g\u00e9ographique intelligente&nbsp;\u00bb par le biais d&rsquo;acquisitions. La cha\u00eene souhaite notamment s\u2019implanter \u00e0 Bruxelles et en Wallonie, o\u00f9 elle n&rsquo;est pas encore pr\u00e9sente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cha\u00eene de fitness&nbsp;<strong>JIMS&nbsp;<\/strong>teste un nouveau concept de magasin maintenant que la demande repart \u00e0 la hausse apr\u00e8s la pand\u00e9mie, tandis que&nbsp;<strong>Newpharma&nbsp;<\/strong>se concentre sur la Belgique, la France et la Suisse pour poursuivre sa croissance. La Suisse est un march\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement int\u00e9ressant car les m\u00e9dicaments sur ordonnance peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre vendus en ligne. Newpharma \u00ab&nbsp;suit \u00e9galement de pr\u00e8s le march\u00e9 hollandais&nbsp;\u00bb.
