Les retailers acceptent que vos co\u00fbts augmentent, mais n\u2019appliqueront pas d\u2019augmentation lin\u00e9aire.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">N\u00e9gocier<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Face \u00e0 la hausse exponentielle du co\u00fbt des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, les marques n\u2019ont d\u2019autre choix que d\u2019augmenter leurs prix. Mais comment convaincre des retailers soucieux de leur image en mati\u00e8re de prix et en proie \u00e0 une concurrence f\u00e9roce\u2009? \u00ab&nbsp;Il faut surtout \u00e9viter de paniquer&nbsp;\u00bb, soulignent Evi Van Uffel et Piet Surmont de Step Up RGM, une filiale de Kantar XTEL sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans le&nbsp;<em>revenue growth management<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Utilisez vos donn\u00e9es pour d\u00e9terminer l\u2019\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 prix de vos produits, la force de votre marque, le comportement des consommateurs et concurrents&#8230; Mettez-vous dans la peau d\u2019un trade manager ou d\u2019un category manager pour fournir vos coll\u00e8gues key account toutes les informations dont ils ont besoin en vue des n\u00e9gociations difficiles qui les attendent avec les retailers.&nbsp;\u00bb Evi et Piet approfondiront cette question tr\u00e8s actuelle au&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/retail-events\/trade-shopper-marketing-congress-fr\/\">Trade &amp; Shopper Marketing Congress de RetailDetail et LD&amp;Co<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9lasticit\u00e9 prix<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les retailers savent que vos co\u00fbts explosent, mais toute augmentation de tarifs doit pouvoir \u00eatre solidement argument\u00e9e. Et toutes les entreprises n\u2019affichent pas la m\u00eame maturit\u00e9 dans ce domaine. \u00ab&nbsp;Un exemple\u2009? Si vous produisez de la margarine, 80&nbsp;% de vos ingr\u00e9dients viennent (venaient) d\u2019Ukraine. Il est \u00e9vident que ces co\u00fbts ont augment\u00e9 de plus de 50&nbsp;%. Donc&nbsp;: soit on continue \u00e0 produire, soit on arr\u00eate. Mais ni le retailer ni le producteur ne voudront laisser le rayon vide. Le producteur devra toutefois \u00eatre en mesure de d\u00e9montrer qu\u2019il ne r\u00e9percute pas l\u2019augmentation de ses co\u00fbts de mani\u00e8re lin\u00e9aire. Des raisonnements du type &lsquo;le co\u00fbt de mes mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res augmente de 50&nbsp;%, je vais donc proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une augmentation lin\u00e9aire de 12&nbsp;% sur tous mes produits&rsquo; n\u2019impressionneront pas le retailer.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est possible d\u2019\u00eatre plus malin. Regardez l\u2019\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 prix&nbsp;: il existe des produits pour lesquels un consommateur est pr\u00eat \u00e0 payer plus cher. \u00ab&nbsp;Et nous pouvons le d\u00e9montrer \u00e0 l\u2019aide de donn\u00e9es. Il sera alors possible d\u2019appliquer une augmentation de 15&nbsp;% sur ces produits sans risquer de voir trop de consommateurs renoncer \u00e0 leurs achats. Et ensuite de rester plus mod\u00e9r\u00e9 pour les autres r\u00e9f\u00e9rences, histoire de ne pas perdre de clients au profit d\u2019Aldi, par exemple.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gestion du \u00ab&nbsp;profit pool&nbsp;\u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si Step Up travaille pour des entreprises comme Danone, Coca-Cola ou Carlsberg, il n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019\u00eatre un groupe d\u2019envergure mondiale pour \u00eatre malin&nbsp;: tout est question de savoir. \u00ab&nbsp;Comment accumuler structurellement des connaissances et des comp\u00e9tences utiles \u00e0 mon organisation\u2009? Comment utiliser les donn\u00e9es pour surveiller en permanence les questions de tarification\u2009? \u00c0 quelle technologie faire appel\u2009? Comment savoir si ses key account managers, pricing managers et autres category managers sont performants\u2009? Quelles qualit\u00e9s doivent-ils poss\u00e9der\u2009?
