Lidl compare brutalement les prix, tandis que&nbsp;<strong>Carrefour<\/strong>&nbsp;fait dire \u00e0 \u00ab&nbsp;Martine&nbsp;\u00bb qu\u2019elle n\u2019ach\u00e8tera plus jamais ses produits de grandes marques habituels. Mais est-il opportun de jeter de l\u2019huile sur le feu en temps de guerre\u2009?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00ab Plus de produits de marque dans mon caddie\u00a0\u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Octobre est d\u00e9sormais le mois des campagnes pour les marques de distributeur. Dans leur r\u00f4le autoproclam\u00e9 d\u2019anges gardiens du pouvoir d\u2019achat, les cha\u00eenes de supermarch\u00e9s se concentrent d\u00e9sormais sur les marques de distributeurs et se d\u00e9tournent sans complexe des marques A qui garnissent pourtant leurs rayons. L\u2019argument&nbsp;: les marques de distributeurs sont moins ch\u00e8res et donc meilleures pour les consommateurs en ces temps de crise. Qu\u2019elles g\u00e9n\u00e8rent souvent de meilleures marges pour le retailer n\u2019est qu\u2019une simple co\u00efncidence. Car c\u2019est pour une bonne cause, non\u2009?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;J\u2019avais l\u2019habitude d\u2019acheter des produits de marque, mais en achetant uniquement des produits Carrefour, je pense avoir fait un tiers d\u2019\u00e9conomies&nbsp;\u00bb, d\u00e9clare dans une campagne flamande la Limbourgeoise Martine apr\u00e8s avoir achet\u00e9 uniquement des produits Carrefour pendant un mois. Elle&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/carrefour.nieuwsblad.be\/je-staat-ervan-versteld-hoe-vaak-je-geen-verschil-proeft\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">apparait dans une s\u00e9rie de spots publicitaires<\/a>&nbsp;de Carrefour aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de la \u00ab&nbsp;famille Janssens&nbsp;\u00bb et d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/carrefour.nieuwsblad.be\/hoe-duur-is-het-om-jong-te-zijn-in-2022\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">un jeune couple d\u2019une vingtaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es<\/a>. Chacun rel\u00e8ve le \u00ab&nbsp;d\u00e9fi&nbsp;\u00bb de n\u2019acheter que des produits de marque Carrefour pendant un mois. La campagne court jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin du mois via des publireportages dans Het Nieuwsblad et sous forme de capsules t\u00e9l\u00e9vis\u00e9es diffus\u00e9es sur RTL, Play 4 et Play 5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;L\u2019objectif est d\u2019informer nos clients sur les marques Carrefour et de les aider \u00e0 mieux g\u00e9rer leur budget, une demande tr\u00e8s forte chez les consommateurs belges aujourd\u2019hui. Nous donnons \u00e9galement d\u2019autres informations, comme le fait qu\u2019il est vraiment possible de faire des \u00e9conomies avec la carte de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 ou que notre assortiment de produits Carrefour est tr\u00e8s large&nbsp;\u00bb, explique Aur\u00e9lie Gerth, porte-parole. Mais quand Martine conclut le spot par un \u00ab&nbsp;Je pense que mes marques habituelles ne se retrouveront plus dans mon caddie&nbsp;\u00bb, on d\u00e9passe sans doute la simple information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Neuf pour le prix d\u2019un<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<strong>Lidl<\/strong>&nbsp;est \u00e9galement entr\u00e9 en guerre contre les marques. Car comment interpr\u00e9ter autrement une campagne qui oppose une&nbsp;<strong>tablette pour lave-vaisselle Finish <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=_Fg3i6Hjnyk&amp;t=3s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00e0 une pile enti\u00e8re de d\u00e9tergents<\/a>&nbsp;de marques Lidl\u2009? Le message&nbsp;: pour le prix d\u2019un article de marque A, vous obtenez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 neuf articles de marque de distributeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Difficile de dire pourquoi Finish a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisi comme premi\u00e8re cible. Mais il est d\u00e9j\u00e0 acquis que le m\u00eame sort attend d\u2019autres marques. \u00c0 partir de la semaine prochaine, Lidl lancera une campagne destin\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00ab&nbsp;d\u00e9montrer clairement le grand avantage du prix des marques maison par rapport \u00e0 celui des marques A&nbsp;\u00bb. \u00ab&nbsp;En un clin d\u2019\u0153il, le consommateur comprendra qu\u2019il peut acheter plusieurs produits de marques maison pour le prix de la marque A. Au travers de cette comparaison, nous voulons aider le client \u00e0 faire ses courses avec un budget r\u00e9duit sans qu\u2019il doive faire de compromis sur la qualit\u00e9\u2009\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Julien Wathieu, porte-parole de Lidl Belgique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ils ne peuvent se passer les uns des autres&#8230;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Reste \u00e0 savoir si les retailers ne se tirent pas une belle dans le pied. Bien qu\u2019ils r\u00e9alisent souvent des marges plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es sur les produits de marques de distributeur et qu\u2019ils aient un meilleur contr\u00f4le de ces fournisseurs (comprenez&nbsp;: ils ne doivent pas craindre de n\u00e9gociations interminables ou d\u2019augmentation unilat\u00e9rale des prix), les prix sont plus bas et ces produits rapportent moins. L\u2019\u00e9cart de prix avec les produits de marques A n\u2019a cess\u00e9 de se creuser ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, de sorte que les chiffres d\u2019affaires baissent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus, les marques A sont souvent des \u00ab&nbsp;aimants \u00e0 clients&nbsp;\u00bb \u2013 des marques populaires comme&nbsp;<strong>Nutella<\/strong>&nbsp;ou&nbsp;<strong>Coca-Cola<\/strong>&nbsp;attirent les consommateurs \u2013 et la plupart investissent \u00e9norm\u00e9ment dans l\u2019innovation et la recherche. Ce sont les fabricants de marques qui proposent de nouveaux produits, suivent les tendances et les \u00e9volutions technologiques, lancent des campagnes de marketing co\u00fbteuses et aident souvent les retailers partenaires \u00e0 innover. Lidl peut annoncer fi\u00e8rement que 93% des prot\u00e8ge-slips et 78% des lasagnes qu\u2019il vend sont de marques de distributeur&nbsp;: sans&nbsp;<strong>Come a Casa<\/strong>&nbsp;et&nbsp;<strong>Always<\/strong>&nbsp;comme exemples \u00e0 copier, ces variantes n\u2019existeraient tout simplement pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors que les relations entre les supermarch\u00e9s et les fournisseurs \u00e9tant d\u00e9j\u00e0 tr\u00e8s tendues dans le contexte d\u2019augmentation continue des prix, on peut se demander si les premiers ont int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 jeter de l\u2019huile sur le feu. Les campagnes actuelles sont authentiquement hostiles, alors que supermarch\u00e9s et marques ne peuvent pas se passer les un des autres. \u00ab&nbsp;Les supermarch\u00e9s sont pris en tenaille&nbsp;\u00bb, confirme \u00e9galement Stefan Van Rompaey, r\u00e9dacteur en chef de RetailDetail. \u00ab&nbsp;D\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9, ils doivent s\u2019afficher en protecteurs du pouvoir d\u2019achat des consommateurs\u2009; de l\u2019autre, ils ont besoin de l\u2019argent g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par les marques.
