L&rsquo;autorit\u00e9 belge de la concurrence a donn\u00e9 son feu vert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelques 166 supermarch\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mercredi, l&rsquo;autorit\u00e9 belge de la concurrence a donn\u00e9 son accord au rachat de la cha\u00eene de supermarch\u00e9s Mestdagh par Intermarch\u00e9. L&rsquo;organisme de surveillance de la concurrence n&rsquo;impose aucune condition \u00e0 l&rsquo;acquisition, de sorte qu&rsquo;aucun magasin ne doit \u00eatre ferm\u00e9 ou c\u00e9d\u00e9. Selon l&rsquo;autorit\u00e9, la fusion ne compromet nulle part la libre concurrence dans le secteur du commerce de d\u00e9tail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour Intermarch\u00e9, l&rsquo;approbation marque une \u00e9tape importante. Le 3 janvier 2023, le groupe fran\u00e7ais de supermarch\u00e9s pourra finaliser l&rsquo;acquisition, cr\u00e9ant ainsi un nouvel \u00ab&nbsp;acteur majeur de la distribution en Belgique&nbsp;\u00bb. Les 89 supermarch\u00e9s de Mestdagh, qui \u00e9taient jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent des magasins franchis\u00e9s Carrefour, deviendront alors des succursales d&rsquo;Intermarch\u00e9. Intermarch\u00e9 comptait d\u00e9j\u00e0 77 magasins en Belgique, ce qui porte le total \u00e0 166 supermarch\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La patience \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9preuve<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, le personnel ne se r\u00e9jouit pas de la fusion. En particulier, lorsque la nomination de Guillaume Beuscart au poste de directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral a \u00e9t\u00e9 connue fin octobre, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/food\/le-restructurateur-de-mestdagh-de-retour-a-la-tete-dintermarche-belgique\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">les syndicats ont protest\u00e9<\/a>. Beuscart avait auparavant men\u00e9 une importante r\u00e9organisation \u00e0 Mestdagh. En cons\u00e9quence, les employ\u00e9s craignent pour leur avenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Intermarch\u00e9 dit maintenant \u00ab&nbsp;partager et comprendre l&rsquo;impatience des employ\u00e9s et des partenaires sociaux de Mestdagh&nbsp;\u00bb. Pourtant, ils doivent encore attendre jusqu&rsquo;en janvier : une fois que la reprise sera effective, un comit\u00e9 d&rsquo;entreprise sera mis en place. Le nouveau propri\u00e9taire pr\u00e9sentera ensuite sa vision de l&rsquo;avenir. Toutefois, le processus de transition est d\u00e9j\u00e0 en cours : tous les employ\u00e9s sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 form\u00e9s aux syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;Intermarch\u00e9.
