{"id":70379,"date":"2023-01-12T11:13:33","date_gmt":"2023-01-12T10:13:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/?p=70379"},"modified":"2023-01-12T11:13:36","modified_gmt":"2023-01-12T10:13:36","slug":"intermarche-by-mestdagh-peut-il-seduire-les-clients-de-carrefour","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/food\/intermarche-by-mestdagh-peut-il-seduire-les-clients-de-carrefour\/","title":{"rendered":"Intermarch\u00e9 by Mestdagh peut-il s\u00e9duire les clients de Carrefour ?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Les clients des anciens supermarch\u00e9s <strong>Carrefour<\/strong> Market du <strong>Groupe Mestdagh<\/strong> ne restent pas tous fid\u00e8les \u00e0 leur point de vente maintenant que les magasins portent l&rsquo;enseigne <strong>Intermarch\u00e9<\/strong>, selon les premiers chiffres de visite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des chiffres de fr\u00e9quentation stables<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La semaine derni\u00e8re, les 86 supermarch\u00e9s acquis de l&rsquo;ancien partenaire franchis\u00e9 de Carrefour, Mestdagh, ont rouvert avec la nouvelle enseigne Intermarch\u00e9 by Mestdagh en fa\u00e7ade : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/food\/intermarche-by-mestdagh-fait-ses-debuts-mercredi\/\">un petit glissement de terrain<\/a> pour le paysage de la distribution alimentaire en Wallonie et \u00e0 Bruxelles. Comment les clients r\u00e9agissent-ils, maintenant qu&rsquo;ils trouvent non seulement un nouveau nom mais aussi un assortiment diff\u00e9rent dans leur magasin habituel ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La fr\u00e9quentation des magasins acquis est rest\u00e9e quasiment stable au cours de la premi\u00e8re semaine suivant leur r\u00e9ouverture par rapport \u00e0 d\u00e9cembre, selon les premiers chiffres de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de donn\u00e9es Accurat, bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Gand, qui utilise une technologie intelligente pour suivre le comportement d&rsquo;achat quotidien de plus de 300 000 Belges. Le changement double logiquement la part des visites \u00e0 Intermarch\u00e9, tandis que la part de Carrefour Market diminue fortement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La curiosit\u00e9 joue un r\u00f4le<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est toutefois frappant de constater qu&rsquo;un client fid\u00e8le de Carrefour sur quatre, qui avait l&rsquo;habitude de se rendre chaque semaine dans un magasin de Mestdagh, ne s&rsquo;est pas encore rendu dans l&rsquo;Intermarch\u00e9 r\u00e9nov\u00e9. La moiti\u00e9 d&rsquo;entre eux se sont rendus dans un autre magasin Carrefour, tandis que l&rsquo;autre moiti\u00e9 a pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 un autre supermarch\u00e9 o\u00f9 ils \u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 clients. Une explication possible r\u00e9side dans le fait que les clients de Mestdagh ne trouvent plus leurs produits Carrefour familiers dans les rayons d&rsquo;Intermarch\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D&rsquo;autre part, la curiosit\u00e9 joue un r\u00f4le. Chaque Intermarch\u00e9 by Mestdagh a attir\u00e9 d\u00e8s les premiers jours des visiteurs qui avaient auparavant ignor\u00e9 le magasin : un visiteur sur trois au cours de la premi\u00e8re semaine \u00e9tait une personne qui n&rsquo;avait pas visit\u00e9 le magasin depuis des mois. Ils compensent pour les clients qui sont rest\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cart. Bien entendu, il est trop t\u00f4t pour tirer des conclusions majeures : il reste \u00e0 savoir si ces nouveaux visiteurs reviendront et si les clients perdus continueront \u00e0 faire diversion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fr\u00e9quentation avant et apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9ouverture des magasins<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
