Le nombre d&rsquo;utilisateurs augmente et les clients sont de plus en plus fid\u00e8les, affirme la startup, qui peut compter sur le soutien de <strong>Colruyt Group<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des clients fid\u00e8les<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s un an de Rayon, le CEO de Smartmat, St\u00e9phane Ronse, fait le bilan. En moyenne, les clients commandent 2,1 fois par mois et il s&rsquo;av\u00e8re que cette fr\u00e9quence moyenne est en augmentation. Le panier moyen est d&rsquo;un peu plus de 90 euros, un montant qui augmente avec la fr\u00e9quence des commandes. 65% des acheteurs sont des femmes, 35% des hommes. 60% des acheteurs sont originaires de Flandre, 40% de Bruxelles et de Wallonie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comment Rayon fait-il la diff\u00e9rence ? La fra\u00eecheur est un atout : le supermarch\u00e9 en ligne envoie les commandes de ses clients directement \u00e0 ses fournisseurs. Ceux-ci livrent les produits \u00e0 Rayon t\u00f4t le matin, apr\u00e8s quoi ils sont livr\u00e9s au domicile des clients l&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-midi et le soir. De cette fa\u00e7on, les produits parviennent aux clients plus frais. Environ 50 % des marchandises propos\u00e9es proviennent de fournisseurs belges. Rayon opte souvent pour des marques moins connues, qui offrent au moins la m\u00eame qualit\u00e9 que les grandes marques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une histoire 100% belge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ronse voit encore un grand potentiel de croissance, car la Belgique est encore \u00e0 la tra\u00eene de ses voisins en ce qui concerne les achats alimentaires en ligne. Seuls un peu moins de 4% ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 command\u00e9 leurs courses en ligne une ou plusieurs fois. Selon une \u00e9tude, ce chiffre atteindrait 8 % en 2025. Cette marge de croissance ne devrait pas profiter qu&rsquo;aux acteurs \u00e9trangers : \u00ab&nbsp;Avec Rayon, nous apportons une histoire 100% belge.&nbsp;\u00bb Rayon affirme \u00eatre le seul acteur \u00e0 livrer dans toute la Belgique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, la concurrence s&rsquo;intensifie, car en plus des activit\u00e9s en ligne croissantes des grandes cha\u00eenes de supermarch\u00e9s, le Hollandais <strong>Crisp <\/strong>s&rsquo;est \u00e9galement lanc\u00e9 en Flandre l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, avec un positionnement et des offres similaires. Mais Rayon n&rsquo;est pas seul : d\u00e9but 2022, le groupe Colruyt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/food\/colruyt-franchit-une-nouvelle-etape-dans-le-commerce-et-prend-une-participation-dans\/\">a pris une participation<\/a> dans Smartmat. La famille Colruyt est \u00e9galement actionnaire, \u00e0 travers son fonds d&rsquo;investissement Korys.
