Il est int\u00e9ressant de noter que ce dernier groupe repr\u00e9sente 30 % de la population. Sur eux, le Nutri-Score a un effet inverse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nutri-Score fonctionne pour la moiti\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Nutri-Score encourage-t-il les gens \u00e0 faire des choix plus sains au supermarch\u00e9 ? Pas vraiment, d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s une \u00e9tude de l&rsquo;universit\u00e9 d&rsquo;Anvers. \u00c0 partir d&rsquo;une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 1.156 personnes, l&rsquo;\u00e9tude conclut qu&rsquo;il existe trois types de clients, la moiti\u00e9 seulement \u00e9tant guid\u00e9e par l&rsquo;\u00e9tiquette sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs reprises \u00e0 des personnes de choisir entre deux produits, tels que des yaourts, des chips et des granolas. Chaque produit diff\u00e9rait toutefois sur certains points : le prix, la marque, l&rsquo;all\u00e9gation nutritionnelle (par exemple \u00ab\u00a00% de mati\u00e8res grasses\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0source de fibres\u00a0\u00bb) et le Nutri-Score. De cette mani\u00e8re, les chercheurs ont mesur\u00e9 l&rsquo;importance de tous les attributs pour les participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ou renforce les choix malsains<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La moiti\u00e9 des acheteurs se sont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9s sensibles au Nutri-Score. Ils choisissent d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment le produit le plus sain disponible. En revanche, 20 % des consommateurs sont d&rsquo;ardents d\u00e9fenseurs des marques. Ils choisissent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une marque A m\u00eame si le Nutri-Score est inf\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par contre, dans le troisi\u00e8me groupe, qui comprend 30 % des r\u00e9pondants, les gens choisissent invariablement l&rsquo;option la moins saine. \u00ab\u00a0Lorsque nous leur avons donn\u00e9 deux produits identiques, dont l&rsquo;un portait un Nutri-Score C et l&rsquo;autre un Nutri-Score D, ils ont choisi le second produit. Lorsque je donnais un C et un B, ils choisissaient le C\u00a0\u00bb, explique la chercheuse Elke Godden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00ab Un produit sain ne sait \u00eatre bon \u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pourquoi ? Peut-\u00eatre parce qu&rsquo;ils pensent que les aliments sains ne peuvent pas \u00eatre savoureux, estime Godden. Il est int\u00e9ressant de noter que pour ces personnes, le Nutri-Score fait plus de mal que de bien : \u00ab Si une proportion significative de consommateurs pense que les produits sains ont mauvais go\u00fbt, le fait d&rsquo;apposer une note de sant\u00e9 sur l&#8217;emballage est susceptible d&rsquo;entra\u00eener des choix malsains. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contrairement \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tiquetage des produits alimentaires, l&rsquo;argument du prix est efficace pour ces acheteurs \u00ab malsains \u00bb. En effet, il s&rsquo;agit \u00e9galement de la cat\u00e9gorie de personnes qui accordent une grande importance au prix, bien plus que les autres groupes. Selon les chercheurs, pour inciter ces personnes \u00e0 faire un choix sain malgr\u00e9 tout, les strat\u00e9gies de prix et le fait de rendre les aliments sains moins chers sont les plus efficaces. Cela donnera certainement de l&rsquo;eau au moulin de Groen, qui pr\u00e9conise <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/food\/les-fruits-et-legumes-bientot-exoneres-de-tva\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">l&rsquo;abolition de la TVA sur les fruits et l\u00e9gumes<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Il existe trois types de consommateurs : les consommateurs sains, les consommateurs de marques A et les consommateurs consciemment malsains.
