{"id":72201,"date":"2023-02-09T15:25:44","date_gmt":"2023-02-09T14:25:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/?p=72201"},"modified":"2023-02-09T15:25:47","modified_gmt":"2023-02-09T14:25:47","slug":"pepsico-tempere-ses-attentes-en-raison-de-la-reticence-des-consommateurs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/food\/pepsico-tempere-ses-attentes-en-raison-de-la-reticence-des-consommateurs\/","title":{"rendered":"PepsiCo temp\u00e8re ses attentes en raison de la r\u00e9ticence des consommateurs"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 d&rsquo;importantes hausses de prix, les ventes de <strong>PepsiCo<\/strong> ont augment\u00e9 plus que pr\u00e9vu l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, mais les volumes sont sous pression car les consommateurs sont de moins en moins capables de dig\u00e9rer une inflation persistante.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recherche d\u2019alternatives moins ch\u00e8res<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec un chiffre d&rsquo;affaires en hausse de 8,7 %, passant de 79,5 \u00e0 86,4 milliards de dollars (un bon 80 milliards d&rsquo;euros), PepsiCo a connu une bonne ann\u00e9e financi\u00e8re. Les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices sont pass\u00e9s de 7,7 milliards \u00e0 9 milliards de dollars (8,4 milliards d&rsquo;euros). Ces bons chiffres sont en grande partie dus aux augmentations de prix : rien qu&rsquo;au quatri\u00e8me trimestre, PepsiCo a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 augmenter ses prix de 16 % en moyenne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutefois, les volumes ont diminu\u00e9 de 2 %, l&rsquo;inflation persistante pesant sur la demande des consommateurs. Alors que le fabricant de marques A telles que Pepsi, Lays et Doritos est contraint de r\u00e9percuter la hausse des co\u00fbts de production et d&rsquo;approvisionnement, les consommateurs sont de plus en plus nombreux \u00e0 rechercher des alternatives moins ch\u00e8res. Ce qui oblige la multinationale \u00e0 faire des estimations prudentes pour 2023 : la croissance organique devrait se situer autour de 6%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PepsiCo n&rsquo;est pas le seul fabricant de marques \u00e0 avoir remarqu\u00e9 que les consommateurs ne continuent pas \u00e0 avaler sans probl\u00e8me la succession de hausses de prix. Plus t\u00f4t dans la journ\u00e9e, <strong>Unilever <\/strong>a \u00e9galement fait \u00e9tat <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/food\/unilever-gagne-un-quart-de-benefice-malgre-linflation\/\">d&rsquo;une baisse de 2,1 % en volume<\/a> apr\u00e8s une hausse des prix de 11,3 %. Et hier, <strong>Carlsberg<\/strong> a pr\u00e9venu que l&rsquo;inflation \u00e9lev\u00e9e aura un impact n\u00e9gatif sur la consommation de bi\u00e8re, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/food\/carlsberg-la-biere-devient-trop-chere-pour-les-europeens\/\">surtout en Europe<\/a>.
