C&rsquo;est la question que se posent la direction et les syndicats lors d&rsquo;un nouveau comit\u00e9 d&rsquo;entreprise aujourd&rsquo;hui. Le lendemain de la manifestation nationale&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une question de franchise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La direction de Mestdagh convoque aujourd&rsquo;hui un nouveau conseil d&rsquo;entreprise extraordinaire pour faire le point sur la reprise par Intermarch\u00e9 des anciens supermarch\u00e9s Carrefour. La premi\u00e8re vague de r\u00e9ouvertures sous l&rsquo;enseigne Intermarch\u00e9 est d\u00e9sormais act\u00e9e, mais \u00e0 quoi peut-on s&rsquo;attendre pour la suite ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les cons\u00e9quences pourraient \u00eatre importantes, notamment pour les employ\u00e9s des 51 magasins int\u00e9gr\u00e9s qui seront d\u00e9sormais franchis\u00e9s. Le nombre total d&#8217;employ\u00e9s concern\u00e9s s&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 un peu plus de 2 000. Cependant, le personnel se plaint d&rsquo;un manque d&rsquo;information : quels magasins, quand et comment seront-ils transform\u00e9s en filiales ind\u00e9pendantes ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tr\u00e8s loin de la finalisation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Nous sommes donc tr\u00e8s loin de la finalisation d&rsquo;une phase d&rsquo;information-consultation alors que l&#8217;employeur semble vouloir d\u00e9j\u00e0 annoncer les futurs repreneurs,\u00a0\u00bb ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 les syndicats \u00e0 Belga. Lors d&rsquo;une pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente consultation, les travailleurs avaient demand\u00e9 des garanties fermes quant au maintien de leurs salaires et de leurs conditions de travail, comme chez <strong>Delhaize<\/strong>, mais aucun accord n&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s la journ\u00e9e de manifestations de lundi, il reste \u00e0 voir si les syndicats se pr\u00e9senteront \u00e0 l&rsquo;appel le sabre au clair ou plut\u00f4t calm\u00e9s.
