Plus \u00e9tonnant est le fait qu&rsquo;ils ach\u00e8tent syst\u00e9matiquement aupr\u00e8s des m\u00eames boutiques en ligne : 40 % d&rsquo;entre eux ont trois boutiques en ligne habituelles, et un sur trois ach\u00e8te m\u00eame toujours aupr\u00e8s de la m\u00eame boutique en ligne. C&rsquo;est ce qui ressort d&rsquo;une enqu\u00eate <strong>Ipsos <\/strong>pour <strong>Comeos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, la moiti\u00e9 d&rsquo;entre eux ach\u00e8tent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement sur une plateforme o\u00f9 ils peuvent acheter de tout, comme <strong>Bol.com<\/strong> et <strong>Amazon<\/strong>. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que les Belges recherchent principalement des prix comp\u00e9titifs, la livraison gratuite, un large assortiment et souhaitent comparer facilement les prix, ces places de march\u00e9 r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 leurs attentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus, comme ils sont des \u00eatres d&rsquo;habitudes, ils ne cherchent pas loin : lorsqu&rsquo;on les interroge sur leur dernier achat, 50 % d\u00e9clarent qu&rsquo;ils n&rsquo;ont pas envisag\u00e9 d&rsquo;autre site web que celui sur lequel ils ont achet\u00e9. 79 % d&rsquo;entre eux d\u00e9clarent par ailleurs avoir fait des achats sur ce site auparavant. Une fois satisfaits d\u2019un certain magasin en ligne, les clients ne cherchent plus \u00e0 comparer avec d&rsquo;autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le compte est trop intime<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est d&rsquo;autant plus remarquable qu&rsquo;un quart des Belges se rendent encore dans un magasin physique pour commencer leur recherche de produits moins fr\u00e9quemment achet\u00e9s. Un peu moins d&rsquo;un quart d&rsquo;entre eux commencent leur qu\u00eate via une page de recherche comme <strong>Google <\/strong>ou <strong>Bing<\/strong>. Quelque 15 % effectuent leur recherche imm\u00e9diatement via une plateforme, tandis que 11 % commencent dans la boutique en ligne d&rsquo;un d\u00e9taillant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comeos analyse qu&rsquo;une grande partie de la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 est li\u00e9e au fait d&rsquo;avoir ou non un compte sur ces boutiques en ligne. Par exemple, un tiers des consommateurs d\u00e9clarent qu&rsquo;ils annuleraient leur achat s&rsquo;ils devaient cr\u00e9er un compte. 71 % s&rsquo;attendent m\u00eame \u00e0 \u00eatre r\u00e9compens\u00e9s pour la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un compte sous la forme de r\u00e9ductions ou de points de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ce qui concerne la livraison, 61 % des consommateurs choisissent toujours la livraison \u00e0 domicile, et seuls 12 % des 2 000 Belges sond\u00e9s ont opt\u00e9 pour un point de retrait lors de leur dernier achat. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 (58 %) ont pay\u00e9 avec <strong>Bancontact<\/strong>, bien que les consommateurs soient d\u00e9sormais aussi nombreux \u00e0 utiliser <strong>PayPal <\/strong>que les cartes
